Green coriander-1 small bunch
Gram flour-1/3 cup
Malai- 2 tbsp
Carom seeds- 1 tsp
Black pepper- 1 tsp
Salt- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Chili powder- 1/2 tsp
Ghee-as you wish
Cumin-1 tsp
Oil-1 tsp for tadka

Finally I found a methi paratha recipe that tastes so authentic. I have made this couple of times and it’s always a feast whenever I make these. I just made one change, I don’t always have malai at home so I substituted with dahi and it was still super yummy. Thanks chef, you are a gem !

I just made this paratha. The best one. For years I was making methi parathas but never had this soft. Only variation I did was used home made yogurt instead of cream. Thank you very much for the recipe
