- It's finally done! My chameleons 3x3x6 cage is complete and he's been loving it ever since! I'm so happy with the way this turned out. My chameleon has been so active and so happy in his new cage!

Wow! I have a couple of month veiled Chameleon in a 30 inch tall, 16 inch wide cage for now. This video gave me some great ideas as I'm building one 2 times it's current size right now. Feel like I'm going to have problems getting my easy access doors cut and hinged in, but other than that hopefully its smooth sailing. Awesome job on your cage- Hopefully mine comes close to the beauty of it 🤩

You can put an air pump in the water to attract your chameleon into the water fountain, you can use this rope that holds the water fountain and pass the hose beside it.

I've tries fountains with no success. You say you've had success with pumping air into it? I could see how that may help but I never thought of it.
Nice ! You did an awesome job on the cage! I’m in the works of getting Carlo a bigger cage! When Carlo was young he wouldn’t take silk or butter worms but loved hornworms.

no I haven't made one, but thats mostly because I don't believe chameleons should really be tamed. handling is extremely stressful on them, and chameleons can actually die from stress so I don't think it's healthy for them to be tamed. my chameleon gets handled about once a month max, and it's only when he will let ne

Didn’t hear it in the video but I’m looking to build a cage for my veiled female and I’m not sure what kind of mesh do you use for the cages? I have a reptibreeze right now and like that mesh but I’m not sure if it’s in stores

I planned on building a cage like that, I also grow hibiscus plants so I’m able to fill the cages with that.

Bearded dragon.co has sooooo many awesome products for all reptiles. I purchased a bunch of things just to have on hand and try and it was like $22. I even got charcoal in case he eats something outside that’s poison. Good site for all things! Just FYI I wanted to share bc I didn’t know about site

hi! I just recently subscribed and started watching your videos. I have an african fat-tailed gecko, and recently I've seen a lot of contradicting opinions on their lighting/heating setup? some say that they don't need any overhead lighting because their eyes are sensitive, some say they don't need uvb, etc. I was wondering what your setup was for daisy or if you have/are planning on making a video about it? thanks!
I personally don't use lights for them. nocturnal animals tend to have sensitive eyes so bright lights can bother them. I just use a heat pad on a thermostat and thats all!

there are TONS of chameleon safe plants. I have 2 majesty palms, 1 hibiscus tree, 1 money tree, 4 pothos, 2 Boston fern, 2 bromeliads, and 2 dracaenas
