I saw Concord when I was a child, and what amazed me more than anything was the speed it went across the sky on final approach, and the incredible Swan-like looks. I hope we see another Mach 2 Airliner before my time is up.

I remember when the Concorde came to New Orleans back in the 1980s, i have pictures i took of it parked at the airport and taking off over my head. I really thought it was a neat looking plane. I also remember when we were going to have the SST, which back in the late 1970s i saw a full scale mock up of it at a musem in Orlando, Florida, it was longer then a football field and held 320 people.

Brother…..it bothers me so bad how far back you fly with the camera angle. It literally looks like your flying a plane from back engineer seat. Why do you do this?? Well you maybe did something wrong maybe it wasn't autoland fault.
In overall Epic clip i had lots of fun but i don't think it's very hard to fly it but Yeah landing it both manually or auto needs practice and a pilot who knows what he is doing. Btw when You've changed for storm settings it changed also barometric numbers everywhere that's why autopilot gone crazy also at such altitude those changes forced plane to crush if You would change for storm at alt at least 5.000 and set proper barometrics the autoland (probably) would manage to take it ok. I usually set long flights on autopilot but when landing i do all manually 😎 cheers and thanks for epic video also Yeah Concorde rules 🙂

Thank you for all your neat presentations :-) I noticed your landing CG appeared out of range (I think). A critical requirement for success (or death?) when flying Concorde, much more so than in subsonic commercial airliners, is CG management by pumping fuel aft (or fore) according to the flight phase. Safety and the appropriate performance profile are both jeopardized without an understanding of the FE's panel. Can you refer us to a good tutorial on sitting in the FE seat?
