@@kobirelf97 if you know your frontroom for example will only take 3 litres, why would you put more solution than you’d need to? It’s wasteful to put too much in as I’m pretty sure people dump the remainder of water and solution should they have any left. Also, when you press the button it does auto mix but if you’re out of solution what is it mixing, just water?

On my brand new Revive I had the same problem right out of the box. The clear soap/water hose was kinked and folded where it entered the big hose. I heated the soap/water hose a little, un-kinked the hose and pushed it into the big hose another centimeter to move the kinked part from the bend. Worked OK after that. Also make sure the connector is firmly pushed home on to the valve under the grey connector cover. Hope that helps.

Hi do you need to stick to your own vax cleaning solution for this cleaner? I suffer chemical sensitivity so would prefer to use a non scented solution.

@@VaxVacuums The bottle of detergent which comes with the machine instructs the user to mix 40ml of product to each litre of water in the water tank. Not sure why you need the automix function if that is the case.

It has an auto mix technology so it doesn't matter how much you put in it auto mixes it

when I use mine, there's no dirty water collected in the bottom tank. Any idea why?
