Great review of the Sherman tank. Showing the box is Ok. I think the tank commander was on a Roid rage. LOL! Nice watch, I'll check out the link. Thanks
I'm French, when I was very young I had two like that, they were very damaged from playing with my brothers, I also had 2 Humwee from the same collection, the AH64 , the little bird, the Corsair and the P51 Mustang. Since then they had to go to the recycling center, I struggled to find what brand they were and I found thanks to you, thank you
Great unboxing of the Sherman M4A3 at 1/18 scale made by Elite Force . The watch is really awesome too ...Wow , the tank is so detailed and I like the figure too . Great video my friend and thank you so much for sharing !🏅🏆👍🎩👌
The patch on his arm is the 6th armored division The hatch the side of the turret isnt an escape hatch, its for shooting out if or disposing empty shells
Actual name of it is the "pistol port" technically so a loader could stick a pistol out and shoot enemies coming too close. But yeah, it was mostly used for chucking out the spent casings.
It's me again I have that Sherman in Die-cast It's very detailed I like your to don't know why the tank would have 105mm round Sherman main gun was either 75 or 76 mm I like seeing the boxes your collection come in keep up the good work 👏
Yes the side arm would be a 1911. The arm patch has a 6, so that is the 6th division, super-sixth. Yes the grease gun is the M3"grease gun" those pouches on side of turret was a full size ruck for them. Super job on every bit. Looking forward to seeing the next.
It's a "grease gun", that front pouch could be for "ammo" but if the colt is a 1911, then the pouch is wayyy to small for the clips. The commanders face looks like he's yelling at someone, maybe the gunner to fire.
Ah. The M4A3 (105) HVSS also known as the "Easy 8". Built by the Detroit tank arsenal and put into action in the late summer of 1944. You are correct in your original motor assessment. Though the toy has a twin Diesel, that is incorrect. It should have showed the V8. I have several models of all different variants of the M4 including the M4A6 that did have a twin Diesel. Great video!
The pistol would be a Colt 1911A1, and the small dubble pouch on the mans belt is for two spare magazines for his pistol. The small hatch on the rear left of the turret, considering it's tiny size, it's not an escape hatch. Escape hatches would be in the floor of the vehicle. In this case it's an ammo hatch. When rearming the tank, the loader would be in his position inside the tank with this hatch open. Other members of the crew would be on the outside handing up the shells for the main gun and shoving them one by one through the small hatch. The loader would take them as they came in one by one and then stow them in their propper racks. So no, the wooden ammo crates would not go inside the tank, only the shells. In combat this hatch would also be used by the loader to manually eject the empty shell casings so he wouldn't have to stuble on them laying on the floor of the vehicle. The loader was standing on the floor on the left side of the main gun during combat. The gunner was seeted infront of and a bit below the commander on the right side of the gun. So the loader had his own hatch, the one on the left side of the turret roof, while the gunner would have to get in or out through the commanders hatch. This is the usul configuration for most tanks with three man turrets up til today. Including the Sherman! And yes, the bow gunner was also the radio man in the Sherman tanks.
Just got my first tank by them it was a 1/18 scale patton tank if you remember me still trying to get a Huey though if you have any sites you use please tell me
Yes show box, with kits discontinued it helps to know what to look for. The weathering detail is amazing, ya can't get that close making the model from scratch, especially binoculars. I think the tank driver face may be saying "FIRE". :-) "Transcendental Idiot" ID'd your patch - GREAT VIDEO
Great review! It would also be quite helpful if you could include the actual measurements of the tanks or other vehicles you check out. I'm sure a lot of viewers come to see if it scales well with their other figures.
Dommage, on ne trouve plus ces belles maquette de blindé, chers mais oh combien réalistes et très bien faites. On les trouvent encore au States sur E-bay mais souvent à des ^prix exorbitant".

They're cool watches but I don't got that money
@@Tool_-vp3yq Thanks for watching!
Its awesome
Patch on the shoulder is from the 6th Armored Division "Super Sixth" - Fought at Normandy, Northern France, Rhineland and others between 1944-45.
Good info, thank you and thanks for watching!
@MilitaryVehicleReviews i want ask in where you buy big plane and this tank? Can you give a link?
The box is an important part of the model. With the box it is complete and worth more money. It's all about the condition in the end.
Thanks for the feedback and thank you for watching!
Your right, The box is just as important as the model.
Great Sherman, that fixed hatch on the side is actually a hatch where the loader can get rid of spent shells.
Thanks for the info and for watching my videos! I appreciate it 😁🤙
Keep showing the boxes. I've searched for a couple items you've reviewed online knowing the box helps narrow the search
It’s fine showing the box
Thank you for the feedback 😁💯🤙 and thanks for watching!

The patch on his arm is that of the 6th Armored division, which was part of George Patton's third army.
do you think you can put a link up for the toys you unbox?
I get most of them from ebay. They can be hard to find now. Thanks for watching!
The patch on his arm is the 6th armored division
The hatch the side of the turret isnt an escape hatch, its for shooting out if or disposing empty shells
I regret not getting that Sherman when I had the chance, I normally buy modern vehicles for my 1:18. Nice watch too! Awesone review!
I like when you show the box haha, also I like how you are improving with your videos, keep it up !
Thank you for the feedback :) I appreciate you watching!
Hatch @6:41 used by the loader for ejecting spent round casings from the turret. Not an escape hatch...too small.
Ahh good info. Thank you and thanks for watching!

Thats what I thought but wasnt 100% sure. I read they also swapped the engines out sometimes. Thanks for the info and for watching!
Actually the "easy 8" was the M4A3E8. E8 = "Easy 8".
@@JD_79 The HVSS = "EASY 8" It stands for Horizontal Volute Spring Suspension and was applied to the 8th experimental version.
This is vvs, not the easy 8
