Those beaches 🏝️ and reef 🪸 were freakin amazing! 🙌🏽 Putting it on the list now for when we head out in 2024! 🤙🏽 Our favourite part was watching Chris Hasselhoff running down the beach! 😂 next time you need it slomo! 😉
Five fingers is amazing, went snorkeling there, fishing and my nephew broke a rod. Also the first place I got stuck on the sand. Maxtrax came in very handy.
Love the music when Chris is reversing the van over and over. Something I need to learn to do. Loves that manta ray footage so amazing to see. Must learn to use the drone too . Great episode guys
Loving the new way that you are producing your vids so informative and interesting. Your footage and drone work is great. Looking forward to more adventures. 👍😊
Spot on about the markers being for shipping. Give ships close aboard the coast a reference point for where the reef juts out off the coast. Loved the manta ray. Old islander belief is that if you manage to interact peacefully with a manta you will be blessed with all of the good in life for a full lap around the sun. Dived with a bunch of them in Bali a few years back. So graceful for massive critters. A memory I'll take to the grave for sure.
I like the way that Chris always gets people out of trouble on the beach is it because he’s a good bloke or is it he just wants to try out all his new gadgets LOL don’t worry mate one day you will get bogged and you’ll be able to use them on your car , great content
Love the more informative approach to your episodes lately. Sand, sand and more sand. Beautiful beaches and campsites- what more could you ask for???!!!
Good Evening Mates 😊 You need to start a recovery business 😂 Awesome Coast , Manta Rays , scared 😅 Fantastic video 👌🏽 Greetings and Cheers 🍻 Mates From South Africa 🇿🇦
WAWhat a great place, Chris you were right about the navigation marks. They are leads that guide the vessel along that heading. You align both Triangles and keep them in line as you navigate through the reef. They would be detailed on a nautical chart with a true compass bearing. Not to be mistaken with a magnetic bearing. Enjoy your WA experience. Cheers Peter
Loved this video. Hopefully next year we will get back there happy to see new spots we never got to thanks guys enjoy your new van and safe travels cheers
Great episode guys best part of the video would be seeing Chris get your massive set-up in to that small camp site and yous getting lost in the dunes the content you guys show is a cut above the rest it's always an absolute pleasure watching your videos and I love how you both are always so happy and easy going can't wait for next week's episode Ps hurry up and come back to south Australia so yous can come ride fox creek finally
@@AussieDestinationsUnknown that's understandable yous where here in sa for a while and hopefully betimes yous get back they have finished the cafe area at the skills park at the top of the hill if not there is always the winery at the top of the hill that dose gr8 food and drinks but enjoy the West Coast it looks bloody amazing we can't wait to get on the road next year and see all these amazing spots
Great episode again guys. Loved the drone footage of the Manta Ray. That was awesome. What did we do before drones? They have added a whole new aspect to filming.
Awesome episode. Love the Manta and seems we started something with the Baywatch scenes here 😂😂😂😂. We are South African and absolutely love Vegemite and we do the exact same as you Chris its amazing. Thanx for your hard work and Maxxtrax to the rescue again 😂😂 Cheers Johnny&Rene
Just started enjoying your video. The beach you drove down and exited off of at Corral Bay is where I got bogged a few months for close to three hours Why did I get bogged? I didn’t drop the tire pressures! Another couple were nice to winch my truck out of the sand! The couple used what? Maxtrac recuse boards! I stuffed my cheap recuse boards only used them once Lesson learnt I should have watched your videos sooner! Travel safely your videos are great
We loved this entire video. Warra is one of our favourites, even with all of the trips we have done there, we have never explored those dunes like you did. Thankyou for showing us, and we will do that next year. You guys crack us up, we watch every single week. Even our golden retriever sits and watches you guys and barks at Chris (she must remember meeting him haha). Now for the fav part.. CRUSKITS! We love how you are so real and just yourselves. Keep being you, and we look forward to more videos as you head North!
Awesome vid......, thanks for the share. Have never had vegemite, we have bovorol and marmite. Q: What's with all the flies, is it a heat thing. Have a good one 🤙👍
Hi guys I live vicariously through you and your experiences. I'm a 61 year old fat lady with 2 tin knees building my Iveco van. Hope one day to catch up with you and watch old mate back the Van again lol. Safe travels
WOW WOW WOW guys that mantaray with the bait ball under it was AMAZBALLS 👌💯 And sorry Miriam but yes Chris I would move to WA 😅😅😅 just jokes guys but seriously WA really is epic and hubby and I cannot wait until we get ourselves over there. Another AWESOME episode guys and can't wait for next week's. Safe travels 🌻✌️😎
Yeah I get it mate. Like you guys we are also from the east coast, Mackay and all our family and friends are here and it defs is a long way from everybody, so totally understand where you's are coming from 😁👍🏼
Nice to run into you guys at Mataranka the other week (Gold Urban van). My wife never put butter with Peanut Butter until we meet, and she totally feel like she's missed out her whole life. 14mile is our favourite, alot better with use of a boat!! Loads of Spanish Macks just out the reef. Dave
Great ep guys. Hey Chris looking at a build of a 2500 and wondering your thoughts on bull-bar - full 4 poster or something more like yours. Pros/cons and whether you’ve ever hit anything? Cheers
Loved the Manta ray, such wonderful creatures! You guys are so inspiring and informative and have shown the misso and I that we need to broaden our horizons from the default Cape Range to try the areas south of Coral Bay as well.
A bit of history regarding Warroora Station and the camp grounds . All camp grounds along the coast on Warroora were originally run and very successfully by Leonie , owner of the station . Back in 2016 (I think it was ) we arrived at 14 Mile to a large meeting between , DEPAW , the station owner and the local Indigenous groups . DEPAW (parks) were to take over the first 1.2kms of land of all stations on the Ningaloo Coast from the shoreline 1.2km inland . So now they control all camps along the coastline and Leonie only has the station homestead for camping . The reason the road closed sign is in place at the station end is that it is a private station road which you can drive to access the station but not any DEPAW sites .Hence having to drive the long way or if able the sand tracks . And yes , the booking system is shocking with DEPAW staff having tried to get head office to change the system . You are driving the tracks we drove just a few weeks ago when we were camped at 14Mile . Great to see through someone else’s eyes . And yes you were correct , the triangular markers are navigation markers which need to be lined up to be accurate for pleasure / small craft to access the inside of the reef .
@@AussieDestinationsUnknown Yes we realise that you are now in Melbourne and were in Warroora in June , we were in Warroora in August . All the best for the new caravan and look forward to its reveal . We picked up a new caravan in Melbourne in early April and drove it back to Perth …….. an all electric caravan powered by the OzXCorp system .
Great video guys thanks as always for the positive content!
You’re so very welcome 😁
Great video folks,
editing, music everything brilliant, well done.
Thanks so much! 😁🙏🏼
I like the way the manta ray has common sense and kept away from the crazy man trying to swim with him
Hahahahaha 🤣🤣
Awesome 🤩 Episode 🖤🛻

Thanks for the continued inspiration!

So true - content was boring before drones came along! 🤪
I am from London and I love vegemite and honey on toast. Have it every Sunday for brekkie. Although getting it here is expensive
Oh no … you’ll need to get care packages sent over!
The sand dunes and the scenery and your adventures were awesome

Was great to meet you guys too 😁 And we can’t wait to get back there with a boat!! 🧈 for the win 😆🙌🏼
those orange triangles are navigation markers for boats to follow into a port
yes you were right ;)
He’s clever to have figured that out 🤣
You were right mate, nautical cardinal markers to lead you thru the reef. You line them up in a row
He’s a clever cookie figuring that out 🤣
@35:32 I thought that was superman 😅
What part was that? 🤔
Great ep guys. Hey Chris looking at a build of a 2500 and wondering your thoughts on bull-bar - full 4 poster or something more like yours. Pros/cons and whether you’ve ever hit anything? Cheers
I don’t like the conventional look of bull bars - we don’t have it for protection- it’s for winch, lights and looks 😁
vegemite and pepper, its just magic
Haven’t heard of that combo before! 🤪
Try it you will love it it’s mind blowing on toast
We're in Coral next week and wanting to do five fingers. Ive got a fishing charter booked and snorkeling/glass bottom boat tour.
Awesome!! 😁
