Never show them how much u love it. It’s ok for an apartment cuz they can’t change the price. But please don’t do that when u buy a vehicle or house they probably won’t negotiate if they know ur feeling it. The first one is lit but them closets r too small. Building 2 is better. 3 only downfall is no balcony.

The amenities in the first place is unmatched! However, the apartment was small. The three bedroom at the last place is my personal pick. It seemed to be the most bang for your buck since it had the most space and was still under budget. But I also do understand choosing the first one because it’s cooler.

The second one is a no for me. I just can’t get with the carpets and no double sink but all of them were beautiful.

I have to agree with Josh, that first one is the best. The only down side I'm seeing is the closet space(which can be fixed thanks to ikea) It sounds like it really has everything else they are looking for and that view is untouchable.
Appartment #1, just think of it the esthetic will bring views which will bring the extra money to pay for it😂

Isi, I appreciate you saying the price for the last one. As someone that lives in Chicago and one day is hoping to move into a high-rise it's nice to know what the prices of some of these units are! It seems like the first place in South Loop which as you said: is a quieter more chill part of Chicago but also close enough to the heart of downtown that it's easy to get to things like restaurants/bars/etc. I also would say that the balcony is definitely a plus on the first one! But also the third one being so close to Block 37 would be really nice too! Can't wait to see what you both decide

It’s definitely between the 1st high rise because of the view and amenities and the 3rd high rise because of the great view and closets, specifically the 3 bedrooms one ☺️

1st place i like the best, had everything it seems yall deem important in a space however it did lack as much needed closet space
3rd place 3rd room only- better closets, and double sinks
2nd place- it was small and only had single sinks

Can't lie I liked knowing the price , its no different to being told outfit prices etc . People need to understand you guys have worked hard to get where you are and you deserve to really be living your best lives. Exactly this! I think it’s beautiful to see they are successful! Like why would we, who they consider us friends and hopefully we see them as friends, wouldn’t want to see each other living our best life??? This is also so inspiring to me to know the prices and think realistically how could I get my life to that point at their age. I’d like to make enough money to travel and maybe one day move into the city like they are for a few years. If anything this motivates me to be savin!

Building 1 was lit af. The amenities are amazing. Building 2 the first place y’all look at was nice af. Third place was nice too but I’m sold on the first place.

I love hgtv & apartment tour videos and yall commentary makes it so much better. Gotta give us a few more tour videos. Building 1-3 br is definitely the winner. Im sure Isi will find good storage or make half the studio into a closet room as well. If building 3- 3 br had a balcony then it would be a harder choice.

the view on that first apartment is gorgeous omg. and there’s a whole balcony since it’s a corner apartment it’s lovely. i’m only a couple minutes in to this first apartment and i’m excited for the whole thing.

Yeah I’m stuck, the first one is it! The last one 3 bedrooms is beautiful, but no balcony. A balcony is a must personally living in an apartment. I’m more for number 1 tbh, but all are beautiful

I’m with josh on this one! the first apartment isn’t in the heart of dt but thats lowkey a good thing imo. it can get noisy on streets like state and michigan and it’ll annoy you while creating content fasho. the last one was decent but having a balcony dt is MUST! congrats to the both of you on your new journey ❤️
