I needed a new glass screen for a Toshiba L15W. These guys sold me the screen. provided a youtube link and provided a packet of the tools to do the job. I couldn't believe how easy it was. It took less than 10 min. (only because I took my time and never did this before). The repair shops wanted $275. just for labor. Five stars for Screen Surgeons!

Just today the glass broke on my p55t. There is one long crack going across the screen. everything functions normally, but the touch screen no longer works. I can't find any videos on it.
so i followed the video ( best i can) but i couldnt get the cord of the screen back on the prongs and i couldnt get the screws on the black part that you take out. is this dangerous to be using the laptop like this or is it something that, while not optimal but it wont cause any serious problems? great video by the way :D
I attempted to fix the touchscreen version and it went really bad. You really have to know what you're doing with those. The only way I could fix it was to buy the whole top unit at $220+ us then was pretty easy. just run the cable through the hinges and pop it on to the top and connect the cable.
eugene is there anyway you have a video for replacing a toshiba p55t - a5202 screen replacement also i dont know what part is needed becuase i can still use the computer the touch screen part isnot working it has a crack across the screen but everything else is ok thank you kimberly please let me know.

I can't find the keyboard in Ecuador (it's almost impossible), so I'm trying to import it myself. I need to know the keyboard part number, do you know any URL where I can find this information? No. I've looked all over and even contacted the seller of replacement keyboards as of yet I have found no one able to inform me how to remove the key board without completely disassembling the laptop.

I have this exact laptop and is isn't very durable. The screen can be flexed really easily. The cheap, glossy plastic bezel does not support the screen and allows it to flex and bend. My screen has already cracked because of this.
