FII selling apart, the most of the listed companies are also passively contributing to fall in their share prices when they don't give any DIVIDEND despite good earnings quarter. Some of the companies gave good dividend when their share prices fell and the buyers rushed to take the prices higher, e.g. HCTL TECH. You can advise the listed companies to try on experimental basis; the fallen prices will surely bounce back.

Sir, Western and Southern Maharashtra has plenty of water and industries and initially, alot of investment is done in that region. On the contrary, Marathawada and Vidarbh were prosperous but later neglected and with no quality education institutes, irrigation facilities and industry, both regions turned backward. However, Maharashtra has a huge middle class and overall stability of law and order so it is still the best place to live.

On every amavasya there are approx 10k people visit from every part of India. So interior Maharashtra there are many Industries who are running parallel economy which doesn’t added up to GDP. You will also have good famous eateries in Jalna. Must Visit once.
