People have short memory but one need to remind the case of ‘Rajat Gupta’ and Raj Rajaratnam for inside trading and they were convicted and jailed for 3 and 11 years along with hefty fine in 2012. Rajat Gupta was CEO and board members on many high-profile companies in his career. Both of them were billionaires and that could not save them from punishment.
