Ummm the man has cashew nuts atol and piñuela is different them pineapple. Well rice pudding arros en leche. Them Empanadas de leche plantain whit milk , the bakery is make whit cheese and sesame seeds quesadilla
The guy with the atols have two different kinds (atol de Piña and atol de cashew or pepa) that's why he wanted you to try a little bit of the atol de pepa or cashew....my favorite one and it's not sweet at all.

Good video. Just one thing plaza libertad is not the main plaza. There are many plaza in that area. The main plaza is in front of cathedral and the national palace. Also there are a nice library and theater
I never thought El Salvador would be a travel destination due to the crime you mentioned, so I'm glad they've cleaned that up! A dollar seems to go a long way there, so that seems like a good reason to visit also 😀
