Great vid, looks like a fun event, it’s on the calendar for next year. 👍🏻 I just did the Dirty Docker on the weekend, the Pint 115kms and 2200 vm. It had everything, super fun loop, hit my gravel speed PB of 86.5 kmh 😳. The best gravel event I’ve done so far and I’ve done quite a few now. Keep up the great work and good luck at Bowral. 👍🏻
Great video from an awesome event. Recommend the Saturday welcome 40km ride. A bit more on the techy side, when going through parts of the local MTB park. Also recommend taking the family as my youngest son (10 years) loved Wagga Wagga and the 10k race on the Sunday. Might see you at Bowral and hope you get in the top 100.
Thanks mate, yes I have heard good things about the welcome ride. I unfortunately was pressed from time this year (hence the rapid 32h experience), but keen to give it a go. Good shout on the family, I did see quite a few younglings giving it a crack.
Thanks for the feedback. Because this one wasn’t a race I didn’t focus too much on those details in the video, but I will be for Bowral next week. If you look a couple videos back in my channel you can see my gravel bike.
The van life looks kinda cosy 😌
It gets the job done. Good seeing your crew out there mate!
@@ModerateCyclistthey’ve told me I need to join them next time haha.
I’ve shared your video to our pastries gravel group.
Keep it up!
Looked like great fun.
Gravel bike purchase fully justified. 😊
Yeah man, awesome fun. Keen to give a race a go! The Grail is a weapon.
The single track looked nice. Feeling a bit of envy.
There were some really cool sections throughout the course.
Might have to get a gravel bike!
It’s nice to have the option. This event was great. Good riding variety.
@@ModerateCyclist yes, I just bought a house so … 💸 … and I have to upgrade my wheels on my road bike before I go buying another bike ! 😢
Fair call, probably a smarter investment.

Dirty Docket looks cool. Big event, lots going on. There are heaps of cool events on, all running at a similar time, hard choices to make.

Would be cool did a separate video showing your gear for the day, bike, tyres, nutrition etc
