I've noticed a pattern of some of the older gemmy items, they always make two versions of each. Such as the original talking catfish, and the rapping catfish for example.Those are only two versions. Same goes for the original Travis the singing trout Christmas and original. There are two versions, one with a wood plaque just like billy bass, and Rocky plaque which is the More common version. just like that there are two versions of this moon plaque.
You say this was released in early 2000, I don't remember hearing the original version of Dancing In The Moonlight until mid 2001, but then again I live in Australia, so it might be that the song was released in the US in 2000
