It’s half of a duplex and the other half is the terrace…everything depends on your needs and wishes.
Nice. But the large terrace isn't very private. Still, lovely home with stunning views. The basement area is quite convenient.....I'd put in one of those "endless pools", a resistance pool for swimming.
you MUST leave a link to the property, or at the very least a reference number. This video is 6 months old and if I want to look up if it's still available, I have to spend a lot of time searching for it. That's not customer-friendly!!!!!! Update: this is really the worst!!! I opened your site, tried to narrow the price range down, clicked on 4 properties... ALL SOLD!!! You let people purposely open the links without putting 'sold' on the links. If you can bother to put 'sold' on the first picture AFTER people opened the link, then do it on the thumbnail picture too, so people don't have to waste time clicking on properties that are gone. You're in a trust sector, and amateurism doesn't radiate trust to me.
@@ivo4357 Hi Ivo, Thank you for your comment. You are absolutely right. I didn’t include the link to the property in the description because I usually give preference to my TH-cam viewers. What I mean by that is, I publish properties on TH-cam first and only list them on other portals, including our website, two or three weeks later. Regarding our website, you’re correct again. The website is not up to date because we are in the process of adding German and Dutch language options. As a result, the entire site is undergoing updates, but we are addressing the smaller issues you mentioned in your comment. I hope that within the next month, everything will be properly in place. Maybe I overreacted myself, but you have to understand it's frustrating going on sites where you can't seem to find what you need, knowing it is absolutely possible to make it a more pleasant experience. I bet if you navigate on your site, you already know where to look, and then all these small problems that we encounter are not there, so you don't feel the same 'helplessness'. To close on a positive note: I do like your presentation of the properties, it's nice to have your explanation instead of just music (which is often the case on other channels).

I was interested until I heard about the communal pool and garden, imagine living there and the other three houses are being rented out to noisy tourists with rowdy kids who would make it unbearable and impossible to even enjoy your own private terrace. It might save on the cost of maintenance, but it is not worth the inconvenience!

So this house is actually 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The pool area and garden is communal areas with three other houses. How much is the monthly maintenance fee shared? Are there any other hidden fees?

I live in Nazare...yes we are now the world surfing league capital..but we also have millions of tourists in the summer visiting our beach...during the summer there are beach concerts but other than that night life is limited...

This is a lovely house. The views ARE incredible and the location is terrific. I love the view with the Moinho off in the distance. The only thing is there is absolutely no privacy on the terrace. Do you know it that could be altered? Even using trellis & plants? Also, the turn into the garage (which is massive) seems rather tight. What do you think? Thank you for this video.
@@JenShea Thank you so much for your kind message. You’re absolutely right-the house is truly amazing, with incredible views. And not just any views, but completely unspoiled ones. Regarding the terrace, you’re spot on as well. The only way to create more privacy would be by adding plants, trellis, or something similar to make it feel more secluded. As for the garage, the issue isn’t so much that it’s tight-it might appear narrower in the video than it actually is. The real challenge is that it’s steep. Out of all four houses, only one uses it as a garage, and you really need to be a confident driver to manage it. The best thing to do would be to book a viewing and see it in person. Thank goodness we all have different tastes. I love this house! I am a minimalist, and I like modern. It has lots of incredibly large windows, natural light, and a view to die for! I would however have liked it if you also showed the land and what else is included.

The most important thing about the property is the land. The house can be rebuilt. The video does no justice for me bt shows a bloated price on a house cheaply built. If your renting rooms and thats how you make your money fine, however it's the land from where you get your income. Too much focus on bling bling. Also i don't find these modern houses nice at all so it's a no from me.
