@@ivo4357 Hi Ivo, Thank you for your comment. You are absolutely right. I didn’t include the link to the property in the description because I usually give preference to my TH-cam viewers. What I mean by that is, I publish properties on TH-cam first and only list them on other portals, including our website, two or three weeks later. Regarding our website, you’re correct again. The website is not up to date because we are in the process of adding German and Dutch language options. As a result, the entire site is undergoing updates, but we are addressing the smaller issues you mentioned in your comment. I hope that within the next month, everything will be properly in place. Maybe I overreacted myself, but you have to understand it's frustrating going on sites where you can't seem to find what you need, knowing it is absolutely possible to make it a more pleasant experience. I bet if you navigate on your site, you already know where to look, and then all these small problems that we encounter are not there, so you don't feel the same 'helplessness'. To close on a positive note: I do like your presentation of the properties, it's nice to have your explanation instead of just music (which is often the case on other channels).

@@JenShea Thank you so much for your kind message. You’re absolutely right-the house is truly amazing, with incredible views. And not just any views, but completely unspoiled ones. Regarding the terrace, you’re spot on as well. The only way to create more privacy would be by adding plants, trellis, or something similar to make it feel more secluded. As for the garage, the issue isn’t so much that it’s tight-it might appear narrower in the video than it actually is. The real challenge is that it’s steep. Out of all four houses, only one uses it as a garage, and you really need to be a confident driver to manage it. The best thing to do would be to book a viewing and see it in person.
