Ive heard their ages so many times and I was never once phased by it and honestly didn't even remember until I glanced at the replies below me before typing this. I've dated men between 10 and 15 years older than me and I think that its not extremely noticeable

Game idea
Items needed: a jenga set, sticky notes (all 1 color), and tape.
Setup: each take 1/2 the blocks on sticky note write a question, an impression of__, or give example of__. Stick 1 note per block and fold to conceal what was written and piece of tape to keep flat. Mix all blocks together and stack tower
In Play: when you remove a block, you must open and follow through with what was written in the note.
