Harvesting season of forest bamboo shoots

In early March, the end of this February begins in the season of many types of bamboo shoots. Every year, there is only one crop. This bamboo shoots are eaten very delicious and sweet depending on different processing methods such as: Giang, stir-fried, boiled, cooked, grilled, steamed... I like bamboo shoots stewed with pork bones and chicken stew.
