According to the actor who played as the Priest, when they are going to shoot the last scene 'which is the girl apolozing' the director asks almost all of the crew to go outside the venue leaving only the Director, the two actors and camera men, the director instructed the two to just say whatever they want to each other genuinely since they didn't have any proper closure in real life when they broke up. There's no script to be memorized there and all of the lines was adlibs. I think the reason why this hits so hard is because we can feel the pain of these two, they are not acting, they are broadcasting their own life using this music video

The whole JoshLia fandom's wait for the JOSHLIA closure has come and it came with a wonderful song PAUBAYA. What an emotional goodbye and forgiveness. Nothing can ever top this. These two were a real life couple, their ship name was JoshLia. Rumors spread of a 3rd Party on Julia's part while shooting a new movie. The 3rd party also was tied up to another actress, but that's a different story. Right now this music video is the closure to their real relationship. Their dialogues aren't scripted. While shooting, the staff were asked to leave the church, leaving JoshLia, the cameraman and director, so that they can say everything to each other.

so ik you've probably seen a whole bunch of comments explaining everything but im gonna explain it anyways lol. So this song came out a couple moths ago but they just released a vid now. THe two main actors were a celebrity couple in real life but had broken up for unknown reasons. People believe that the "scene" was not scripted and were pure words to each other as the "closure" for each other. And all the flashback clips were real clips of them as a couple before. Through out the vid you can see the sadness in both of their eyes regardless of the acting. THere was also a speculation that when the guy said "sorry for not being there for you when you needed me" it was referring to when a rumor of her cheating on him with her costar rised he didn't say anything about it and just kept quiet. but yeah no one died lol

I see that you two were so puzzled with the story. 😅 So I am here to give you a tidbit (not so) of inside information about what happened to them before....
JoshLia (Joshua+Julia) were real couple. They dated for I think more or less 3 years and ended their relationship in 2019. And in that same year, the girl (Julia) went through a big issue linking her with another celebrity guy (Gerald) who's in a relationship at that time with another big name in the industry (Bea). Julia and Gerald worked together for a movie and I think that's where their friendship started.
Bea was posting cryptic messages on her socials and people were convinced that she's talking about her boyfriend Gerald and Julia. Bea and Gerald ended their relationship the same year and people were blaming Julia. People were hating on both Gerald and Julia, calling Gerald a womanizer and Julia a boyfriend stealer. That was like the biggest issue at that time.
But both Joshua and Julia admitted that they've long been separated even before Julia's issue with Gerald happened. And Gerald also said that his relationship with Bea was on and off before the issue. But people still won't stop bashing them. That's why Joshua said in the MV he wanted to protect Julia but he didn't get to because he was scared.
Now, it is still rumored that Julia and Gerald are dating but none of them confirmed it yet.

they were a real life celebrity couple who broke up, and there was a lot of gossip about what happened... who erred, i guess.. you know how gossip is, none of anyone's business but they still talk anyway... and i presume it hurt both parties with the impressions being built against them by the gossips... then this MV with the two of them having like a genuine closure, sort of telling the public it wasnt really anyone's fault...?
