I feel like a lot of people miss that the Midnight color is actually a really, really dark shade of blue which is noticeable in bright lighting and I honestly just love it.
I notice it easily I just want black bruh

@@TurboJesus its too late. I wanted a mini and didn't want to wait for the pink version (would've been a month) so I opted for the "black" one. I just covered it with a black case and screen/camera protector so everything is alright but that pink one looks so sexy

I like the tests like “what phone looks like in hand from distance, and what the edging of color looks like from front of phone.” Those subtle details really can hinder the overall enjoyment of the device. Great vid, enjoyed this.

I usually get the white or Product Red Apple products but I may go for Midnight this year, mainly because I like its subtle dark blue hue.
Even tho the midnight is not fully black it’s still very clean and nice to look at but I love that product red as well I’m glad they made it a darker red🔥🔥

The only reason I keep buying my iphone black is that I can check myself out quickly. Ik I can use the camera, but sometimes I get lazy so I rely on the back of the phone (as it reflects like a mirror) so it's really convenient. Like night as well.

my mum just ordered me an iPhone 13 and I'm so so grateful, I'm 19 turning 20 in like 4 months and I've had my Samsung S6 32GB for like 7 years and I've been struggling with it the past few years 😩 I didn't have time to research the colours and see which one I liked the most so I just went with the blue becuase I thought it was the most unique. At this point I don't care about the colour but rather that I'm getting a MASSIVE upgrade but I'm still watching some videos on the colours to see if I made a good choice hahaha

I love how they brought back the flat edged bezels in recent years but this one in particular really reminds me of my favourite iPhone model which was the 5s because it’s more minimalist and elegant looking. The flat edged bezels make it easier to hold. The new pink really resembles the rose gold iPhone 8.
iPhone 8 didn’t have a rose gold. It was just GOLD. But it did look lightly rose
@@sleeping7003 yeah I forgot it was just called gold but I had it but it looked like rose gold as it had a pinkish hue to it! Especially if compared to the gold of the 7, that was actually gold. It’s so funny how they keep tweaking their colours.

I've ordered the 13 mini in Midnight because I prefer something a little more understated... one thing that I liked about it that stood out to me on this video is how the midnight colour is the only one without a silver mic on the back next to the cameras, it has a black one which again blends in a little more and makes it understated imo :)
I thought I’d made a narrowed choice between the pink and blue however with this video, I’m settling for the midnight as well, very unique like you said 😊
@@dr_chiropractor idk if you have picked yet but imo the pink and the midnight are the best colors in the lineup followed right behind with starlight. I personally got the midnight as my mother wanted the pink anyways and i don’t like having the same phone color with someone else in the household idk why but that’s besides the point. I would definitely go with either the midnight starlight or pink because while yes the blue looks great after a while you would probably get sick of it while with more muted colors you wouldn’t. I had a space gray iphone and then switched to a red one. Loved the red but after a while i started to hate it. if i were you i would stick the the more muted colors

I’m having such a hard time to choose. The blue is the most beautiful imo, but it doesn’t match most cases. I love pink, although I wish Apple had made a darker shade, in some lightings it doesn’t even look pink.
The red is absolutely beautiful, but it’s so vivid, I’d definitely get tired of looking at it.
Starlight looks boring (not a fan of white phones) and the midnight would be more appealing to me if it was actually black.
I’m torn between the pink and the blue one. I just wish Apple kept the purple shade that was released with iPhone 12, that was my favorite looking iPhone ever!

Out of all three I love starlight, pink and graphite. Didn't really like blue colour and honestly wish 13 had a colour similar to Sierra blue as well.
@sweetstarize That's great :) btw what do you think about the pic quality of 13 compared to XR? There have been complains online on how oversharpened pics look on 13 models compared to the older models 11 or XR. Would love to know your take on it as an XR user.

After many years of getting either black or white iPhones I opted to get the blue and I love it!
Had Second thoughts whether to get starlight or pink. But I got the starlight and my cousin got the midnight. They really look great! Loving them❤️
