Love the white and orange color scheme! Thanks for the tip on the turn signal switch delete. That's something I'm going to definitely do on my xtrainer. I didn't realize it could be removed separately!
@@brianbaum2466 I have a 2024 and they also call it beta red but I can tell you in person even put it next to a red Honda or red gas gas and it's orange No KTM orange but it's definitely not red LOL it's somewhere in the middle
Hey Jared, I would love to see a comprehensive comparison video between the X Pro and the Race Edition if you are looking for another video to do. I know KYB vs Sachs but am interested in what they did to make it shorter as well as possible mapping differences and or cylinder/head differences. Is the head angle the same, turning radius the same, and differences on gearing (both internally and sprocket sizes) Any and everything you can think of! I was talking with some guys I ride with and they are all wondering the same thing! Thanks again for always putting out helpful content.
Finally a very nice introduction video for the new Xpro. One thing that I dont agree with is the map switch though, we ride hard enduro (bronze and silver class), and me and all my buddies with Betas always run it in the ''rain mode'' as it makes the bikes so much tamer and more controllable for slow and hard technical stuff (river beds, creeks and rock ledges). The map switch makes a huge difference how these bikes run and behave. I would love to see a thorough review of the new suspension next, as this is probably the biggest question mark for guys looking to upgrade from older models. I ride a 2022 250RR Race model and I'd like to see how the SHC suspension compares to the KYB. Would it be worth to switch to Xpro or buy a new Race Edition?
I've got several friends buying them and loving them! That bottom fork adjuster is needing protection....unless maybe harescrambles. Great machine....I'm ktm all the way but I'm going this route next bike.
@@onthethrottle7104 thats the law i guess just got back from the OHV park no enforcement got the 5 dollar day pass put a FMF spark arrestor broke the bike in and rode for a couple hrs im moving to Utah or Idaho in March any way
One thing odd is that the Beta specs have the ground clearance lower than the Xtrainer (footpeg height is still higher on Xpro). Can you compare the 2 to see if the lowering of the Xpro has actually reduced the ground clearance to less than the Xtrainer?
Good Morning, thanks for watching! Honestly we never have to tinker with them out of the box. We are an east coast shop and we can run every GNCC with stock carb settings and they go from Florida all the way up to NY.
I thought it was interesting when you were talking about the seat height and I've noticed multiple times that people mention the "high seat height" on the betas but for me coming off a 2002 ktm 300 exc to a 2023 beta 300 rr, the seat was at least 3 inches lower, and I could have still went a little stiffer on the sag setting on the ktm. In my opinion the betas sit super low
I’d like to know how many of the new parts will bolt on to a 24 without any issues! I like the new body work but I bet installing that catch tank would make you cuss lol
So if ya wanna run a mako or bar pad can we move the map switch? Also why wouldn’t they have changed that horrible clutch design….such a bummer. That fork adjuster on the bottom would get cracked off first ride in the rocks we ride in. Fuel line cutting off supply out the crate is lazy engineering. X trig is a nice update. Is the 200 counterbalanced this year?
@@lifeoutdoors3953 You are right. And it's the same bike but they put the name "Pro" on it and changed a few plastics. The clutch on the 200 is very problematic and I see they did not fix that. Also, the wiring on these bikes (Beta) are super annoying.
@@onthethrottle7104 I love the brand and want them to succeed. But my family and I owned “2023-24” 200race, 350rrs, 390rrs, and 500rrs. All had issues. The 390 blew up with like 5 hours on it. 350 and 500 had major fueling issues. The tire rubs the exhaust on the dual sports. That’s annoying. That should not happen lol.
The BEST Beta Dealer Channel and tech content by far!
I realy enjoy your videos here in Germany.
Keep up the good work!
I think it's the only Beta dealer on the tube...

I did mine by just smashing it off a rock!

These aren't orange, there's something up with the lighting in the shop or their camera. It should be Beta red but it certainly looks orange to me

Nice, I have the X-pro 300 😍
Glad you were the "FIRST" to get them in!!
I have 20 hours on my 2025. So not first by any stretch.
great spedo relocation tip!
Have had 2 Beta 200s and absolutely rate them..hard to believe how well they go for 200cc. Will get another one some day
We love the 200s!!
im picking mine up tomorrow heading straight out to the hills of So Cal
I thought California doesn't allow dirt bikes any longer unless you're on a closed course?

How much tinkering do the carbs usually require out of the box?

Is the magnetic anti-theft device jumped at connector when not installed? In short, if they really want your bike, they'll take it.

I'm having trouble understanding the beta lineup. Are the X-Pro considered race bikes?
My understanding is no, this is the replacement for the standard RR, and the Race Edition models are still a thing.
They are getting to be a weird company.
