One way to help your chances of staying in a lobby you can fit in as MC, CEO or VIP is join a private session and go into the one you want then switch to a public session. Works for me 80% of the time! 28:35

18:17 im not a game dev but I do have a tiny bit of knowledge about it (and by a tiny bit it's like almost nothing) but the way I think they done it is when you click to request the sparrow the game checks the space around you and see if it can spawn in that space (basically a rectangle just outside the entire sparrow that can't collide with any object) so since the parking garage has the space to fit a sparrow inside it the game says it's a valid spot and spawns it there, but I've noticed somethings with this, the first one is that the game doesn't check if you can actually take off (no checks if there is some object above it for a certain height) and that the blades aren't included in this check, since I've got it to spawn with the blades inside a building, and trying to take off is a one way ticket to destroying it Edits* I've corrected some words since English is not my first language
I was apart of the full lobby on a bridge it was actually a car meet and I can confidently say EVERYONE jumped not realizing that nobody had parachutes lol the sound of everyone screaming was not very pleasant 😂😂😂

@28:55 you can become a CEO in a full lobby by first being a CEO in an empty lobby. Every new lobby you join after that you will still be a CEO in the new lobby. Just keep switching until you're in one that's full enough for your liking.
It would be a poetic ending to to GTAO if R* added some kind of "The Big One" heist as a final DLC, loads of prep missions, hit the bank, can only be done once with an absurd pay out, like 50 mil or something with all three main characters let a few players enjoy retirement as GTA VI takes over.

18:23 I think it's procedurally generated and its kinda easy to do. In most games, you'd spawn a bunch of invisible orbes or points around you. These points would have a score associated with them (likely based on stuff like if the player is looking at that orbe, within a specific area like a sidewalk or if it's colliding with an object) and then once we are done scoring them, we get the orbe with the highest score. There's obviously more to it but that's the gist of it, obviously, rockstar could've done it differently, who knows.
If you're a CEO you can remove the blood from the Interaction Menu. Open the Interaction Menu and select SecuroServ CEO, Management, and Style, Then scroll once to the right then back to the left and your outfit will be clean.
You need to hit a Nightshark with exactly 27 rockets if you want to kill it. The Oppressor MkII only carries 20 rockets. If you wanted to kill a Nightshark with an Oppressor MkII, you would have to land all 20 shots, refill your rockets either with a Terrorbyte or by respawning it, then hit it 7 more times (assuming the Nightshark isn't being repaired in that gap of time lmao).
11:40 Lvl 750 takes approximately 30 million RP which if you're only playing a few times per month, you probably have if you have been playing for 10 years. Lvl 2000 is 146 million RP which is 5x that amount. So that dude played almost everyday, only missing like once or twice per week.
If we do get a Michael DLC I'm pretty sure it'll revolve around his passion for movies and you make a movie or something. You get paid the a cut of the sales of what the movie makes.

Demolition derby is such a good idea am surprised no one has thought about it before including the devs. Anyone remember demolition derby on ps2? Played that wreckfest on game pass aswell but it doesnt really live up to the expectations or potential it could've had.
So for the coding part of the sparrow i think they coded it as to spawn in a certain range as the player. So that could be the reason why it sometimes does that
There is a easy way to avoid those buzzards,u fly high above the drop point and u go to another,they don't climb so high,so u gain altitude,dive down where point is and than gain altitude again.Titan will fly bit faster on higher altitude and u will recieve around 40% of the damage to it,otherwise u'll end up like this.This mission is even worse with Cuban,since Cuban is slow af.
the scarab suplex video isnt modded. jump and roll then shunt boost up into the air. you can control where you go by rolling and flat spinning and its crazy how fast/high you can get. ive landed every arena war car capable of flying (every one except the deathbike and cerebrus) on top of the maze bank. sasquatch and bruiser are the easiest ones to learn on.
9 times outta 10, if you go into an invite session, register as CEO, then find a public lobby, it will try to put you in a lobby where you can stay CEO...

On number 50, if this was in a private session, you can scout the drops with a weaponized vehicle and blow the choppers up before making the drops.

Npcs and cops never miss, doubly so on missions, their weapon's also outrange ours.

I will tell you why the CEO/ MC limit exists. It to encourage those who arent to go after those who are in the resupply / sell / fetch missions.
I finished the preps to the prison break almost 4 years ago.Once a month, I start it up and do 4 to 5 tries. I haven't completed the finale yet
