Some additional info I neglected to point out: - Always fuse with materia that have NOT been Mastered; five star materia have very restrictive fusion outcomes - Some materia may get changed when fused with Libra, so the Libra becomes ‘incompatible’ for retaining the target materia you want to boost. An example is Mug, it becomes Explosive Blade. In this instance, swap out Libra and use Fire materia in its place for the fusing process. As a rule of thumb before going ahead with any fusion, check that Libra is compatible and if not cycle through other materia to see which will allow the target materia to be retained. The other common low level materia such as Fire, Ice, Lightning, or Cure materia should do the job. - Vid wasn’t clear but when farming the Lunar Harps from the Mover RE, you will need to steal the Harps from it before killing. So make sure you equip either a Steal or Mug materia.

How do you get more libra I only got one
You can buy Libra materia from the Research Dept QMC shop, it unlocks after you complete mission 4-1-3.
