Got my Ipad and Bought Procreate. Then I found this and got it too. Awaiting the apple pencil. Thanks for putting out good content for Toonsquid. You earned a new subscriber in me.
Thanks as always. You are good ambassador for ToonSquid. I’m gonna try it. I’d love to see you try “rigging” with pivots…I know you have experience with Moho, correct? 🤔🍺🎩🎩🎩👍
Hello John, I will do a tutorial on rigging a character in ToonSquid soon. I work in Moho as well, but ToonSquid looks more like Adobe Flash (now Adobe Animate). I am going to try if I can make the rigged characters work the same in ToonSquid.
@@StayfDrawsThanks, much appreciated. There are a few Moho tricks I was able to employ in ToonSquid. Finding my way. Very smart set of essential tools only…very streamlined, I like it. ✊🍷🎩🎩🎩
When I import a video, I do not get the preview in the timeline at the bottom it’s just blank. Or blue I should say. I cannot select an individual frame, and I cannot split. The option isn’t there. What am I doing wrong?

Is this possible w/ Adobe Illustrator (old school)?
No, Adobe Illustrator does not have a timeline (as far as I know). You can do it in Adobe Fresco.
Adobe animate is probably what you want to use but it’s in the computer
Very interesting 👍🏻
Also : I'm getting a "Take on me from AHA - vibe, now" !!
Haha, indeed! Now you can make it yourself in ToonSquid!
is it posible to add background?
Yes you can add a background on a layer below the animation
When I import a video, I do not get the preview in the timeline at the bottom it’s just blank. Or blue I should say. I cannot select an individual frame, and I cannot split. The option isn’t there. What am I doing wrong?
Maybe your video is too long? Try a video with 2 seconds.
Interesting--thanks!
Omg i watched a video you made 4 years ago🙏🙏🙏
what is animation making app name?
ToonSquid
what brush do u use?
I am using a sketch brush I imported into ToonSquid. You can import Photoshop brushes (.Abr) into ToonSquid.
Is that the 11 or 12.9 in iPad?
It's a 12.9 inch
maybe add some light music during your timelapse to make it less dull other than that fantastic tutorial
Thanks for the feedback, usually I add music during Timelapse’s.
