JL Yeah, they've really tightened up. I saw a live video of The Gnashing, which is my favorite song if theirs, and it was good but nowhere near as good as this.
The only better concert I've been to was Devin Townsend, Gojira, and Opeth at Red Rocks. Baroness blew the doors down for sure though. Gina is an absolute beauty playing guitar. Even Baizley stopped what he was doing to admire her solos at one point in the show

Yeah their album mixes are awful to me, sucks because I'm kind of a casual Baroness fan and they have a lot of great songs but the production is so muddy and they go with the "wall of sound" style which I hate.

I had so much fun at this show. I was sitting up in the balcony and when I heard Morningstar kick in I immediately ran for the stairs. I was running so fast (admittedly I was kinda drunk too) that I inadvertently jumped down a flight of stairs and ate shit at the bottom. Fucked my ankle for a few days but I still managed to get down to the stage for that song. Killer show guys.
