The next generation is fantastic, but beware: the first two seasons are a bit of a rough start. Some gems, but also a lot of clunkers. Once they really established the characters though it was amazing. Gotta watch it!

My favourite captain by a mile, god I loved TNG and was gutted when it finished. They could've easily made 2 or 3 more seasons of it. I've watched the whole series loads of times over now. Don't think Picard will be as good as TNG, and I'm expecting this to be very different, but if Patrick said he's happy with it, that will be enough for me.🙂
