- Best with HEADPHONES the sound is not too loud on this video.
This video is meant to draw attention to silent invisible diseases that strike many people around the world. We specifically focus on fibromyalgia but the idea is to help those who suffer in silence find their voice.
This video is only a Placebo Effect temporary cure for symptoms but is a step towards helping science discover they it helps. Allow your mind to be distracted and enjoy all the awesome ASMR effects and triggers.
Fibromyalgia is one of the most common chronic pain conditions. The disorder affects an estimated 10 million people in the U.S. and an estimated 3-6% of the world population. While it is most prevalent in women -75-90 percent of the people who have FM are women -it also occurs in men and children of all ethnic groups. The disorder is often seen in families, among siblings or mothers and their children. The diagnosis is usually made between the ages of 20 to 50 years, but the incidence rises with age so that by age 80, approximately 8% of adults meet the American College of Rheumatology classification of fibromyalgia.

Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a term used for an experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. It has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia. ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria" characterised by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific acoustic, visual and digital media stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attentional control.

You are truly a blessing to this community. Such an outstanding guy with a heart of gold. Thank you for this much needed message and for the countless people you help. I thank you and my mom thanks you. This was beautiful and immersive. Thanks for creating such a safe place.
Friends truly are a blessing and being able to help my friends, that is the ultimate blessing. So glad to know you, Sarai. You're welcome.
Coming from someone with two "invisible" diseases because they affect me internally you are right on how asmr helps your mind escape the symptoms sometimes. One of the coolest backgrounds I've seen too Dr. Michael's.
And from the fibromyalgia community - we thank you doc for your own person research, taking the time to talk to doctors yourself about it on your own time, and for reminding us that help is on the way (I cried when you said that - it was so heart touching), and for letting us know there is a seat at the table. Cos we don't feel part of the table too often. Your a treasure to us fibro warriors and I commend you for all you do ✌🌱😊
I had been diagnosed fibromyalgia since I was 15. I had been losing sleep my back felt like it was collapsing on its self and soon became depressed and desperate. So desperate I started watching hypnosis videos (don't judge me) but most hypnosis videos had poor audio quality so I had to resort to recommendation videos and found an asmr vid from Ephemerl Rift and got hooked. Four years later, I do still get discomfort and migraines but I can still rely on a twenty minute video to knock me out.
being only 17 w fibromyalgia is seriously so hard but seeing that people actually care , raise awareness, and make videos like these definitely helps
I will make more videos like this in the future to help people with chronic pain issues. Don't worry, I do listen. I do want to help.
You’re helping with stress relief. An important part of dealing with Multiple Sclerosis( at least, from what I experienced so far). I really appreciate the kindness and care you pour into your work.
Thank you, Doctor.
My mother has fibromyalgia. I showed her this video, and even though she's 70 years old, she's expressed an interest in getting to learn how to use TH-cam on her phone enough so that she can watch some more of your work, which I'm happy to hear as I think my mom will benefit from ASMR in general, but especially your content as she's a sci-fi fan! Thank you so much for this. ❤️
This is exactly what I see so often. Once a person with chronic pain experiences asmr, they find some relief. It's amazing. Thank you for letting me know it is helping your mom.
Wonderful video 💜. As a fibromyalgia sufferer myself, I can honestly say it was my illness that led me to ASMR. Listening to ASMR helped distract me from the pain and helped relax me enough to aid much needed sleep. I just couldn’t sleep despite having chronic fatigue, but ASMR really improved it. I’ve never really gone public with this before, but I think you highlighting such hidden illnesses makes us think about sharing our experiences more. Thank you. 💜
It is very brave and courageous to share something so personal like this. I hope others will see how this disease is affecting so many people in silence. Thank you, Evoke ASMR.
Hey could you do "you are trapped in the backrooms" asmr? Would make my day man. Watch out for those 11th dimensional superbeings.
I think the background noise on that would be great.
Yeah, that'd be great
Y E S Tirar is perfect for it!!
yessssssssss
agreed
Dude, i suffer from this and I’m very thankful for your videos. You put so much into them, you’re so kind hearted.
Just realise this beautiful human, don’t burn yourself to keep others warm. I can almost feel how you care.
Just don’t let the suffering from others creep into you, we all love you and we know you care for us
Thank you Tirar - I have fibromyalgia and it's a very difficult lifestyle, most people don't understand what's going on and when you look fine from the outside its very hard to get any help. I'm trying to raise awareness myself and I hope one day newly diagnosed people will have the confidence to be upfront about it ❤️
This is something we all really need to research. There is definitely a pain relief benefit to chronic pain sufferers who use ASMR as a distraction device. If we can find the neural connections to this effect, a cure might be possible?
@@TirarADeguello yup. Hits the nail on the head there! Even if we don't go as far as a cure, pain relief has massive benefit, there have been some nights where I've struggled to sleep with aches and pains and codeine painkillers haven't done much. Yet, a good ASMR video has sent me off to sleep. If I can get my binaural set up properly, I think a gentle, ear to ear sounds video, with gradually building up layers, could be an ASMR 'painkiller'. And no nasty side effects 😁😁
PerceptionASMR Yes, I can’t remember who it was but one of those combined videos subliminal/Asmr was, that brought me on track.
I didn't’ know that something like Asmr existed (or maybe I had just no name for it) before.
Have to fight two invisible enemies on my own. I won”t win the war but have already won some battles and I’m up for some more. There is up and downs but over all found the strength to carry on.
All the best
@@mute_ed984 very true, we have to keep trying and keep getting on with it! I'll never win my battle overall but also won't let the illness win either!
This is a WONDERFUL idea - bang on for making it, sir. Can't wait to see it.
This is honestly the most inspiring and poetic ASMR I've ever seen. You're a natural poet. I bet you would be amazing at writing songs.
This was truly amazing. The leather sounds in particular were the nicest. You are honestly one of the best in the game and you have a heart of gold
I don't suffer from FM myself, but I can see how this will help plenty of people Mike. Your heart of gold really has shown through with this video
I’ve got fibromyalgia, it runs in my dads side of the family. And goodness gracious did it put a smile on my face to see an ASMRtist spread awareness about it. Thank you good sir for all your wonderful work!
My mom has fibromyalgia so it was nice to see it brought up by my favorite asmrtist
I know what your mum goes through and I hold space for her and her pain and also her happiness. Doc is the only asmr artist who seems very committed to helping out the chronic pain/invisible illness/fibromyalgia part of the world. I have this gut feeling hes going to do something truly amazing with this concept. 😊✌💜
My mom does too :(
Thank you Tirar. It means a lot to me that you'd shine some light on such a controversial condition. A good half dozen people if not more across my whole family have fibro, myself included. I had to wait from age twelve until I was eighteen before I could get a proper diagnosis and begin treatment. It means so much that one of my favorite ASMRtists not only knows it but wants to help how he can. ASMR has helped me sleep through many sleepless nights for over five years. Thank you again, I'll enjoy this video now and for a long while in the future.
This is your first video of yours I have watched since subscribing and I don’t know what took me so long to subscribe in the first place... two seconds in and I can tell how much time and care you put into your videos
Easily the most quality and creative roleplays the community has, genuinely
Honestly I love your intros. They’re almost like the dramatic cliffhanger intros from Doctor Who!
It’s amazing that you make videos like this to bring awareness to things people struggle with on a day to day basis, especially fibromyalgia as I think many people still don’t take it seriously. Great job as always!
I hope you will do a video on your experience with the Dementia Patients and music therapy? I am so amazed you got to participate in that. There is a science to it and it works.
Another one completely knocked out of the park. Your amazing heart and sense of compassion and humor bleed into every single video and your platform is always used for good in some way. NO competition, one of my long term favorites ❤️
interesting idea will love to watch this video when it comes out and keep up the good work :)
I loved this!! Having Fibromyalgia myself and also suffering with M. E and Essential Tremor this was absolutely amazing to listen too. You're on of the few ASMR artists who I fall asleep too... Thank you, thank you, thank you!! You are an amazing human being.
💕 Love and Light to you from South Wales - UK 💕
Oooh, this video hit close to home. My mom has Fibromyalgia and always hated being told "Well we couldn't find anything wrong" by her doctors. I appreciate you making this video!
There are so many who need to find their voice and get help. I'm so glad you are able to relay this story now to all of us, and I hope your mom is getting the help she needs.
i'm having a fibro flare so severe right now that I woke up with spontaneous bruising on my face, and the pain came in a few hours after. Thank you for always having just the right video for what I need. ♥
He looks like he's descending from the heavens to help us and i absolutely love it
I have both Fibromyalgia and ME/CFS!! This is amazing it feels so good to be recognised and included!! Bless you for making this!!! ❤️❤️❤️
I'm glad you found your voice to send a comment. Thank you.
I think a Blade runner themed asmr video like "you are being tested if you are a replica" would be cool
I have no idea how you even come up with all of these amazing and different videos. So envious. They’re all so epic.
Dude, once again you amaze. One of the best artists on here. Everytime you upload I know I've got a good night ahead of me. I know you hear it a lot but you honestly help a lot of people with your videos. Keep fighting the good fight my friend. We all love you.
I really like his behavior with who disagree with him or with hate comments.
he is perfect asmr artist. I see he has a big heart and great personality. I hope he reaches his goals
Thank you so much.
you're welcome. Very kind words.
TirarADeguello your welcome my friend 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻😎
That bass feels like ripples through my whole body wow! New fave asmr channel i love your vids!
I have an invisible illness. In the UK it's called ME/CFS. Thank you for the positivity and understanding.
I think that I suffer from fibromyalgia. All I know is that there is no bed that's soft enough to sustain my weight. (Aside: I'm listening to the end of your video as I write this). 'Sleep!' Yes, I can hear you. I find your 40 Hz tone to be incredibly soothing, Just now, I'm feeling relaxed, calm, and I'm not in pain. Geek note: I'm listening with Bose 301s.
May I share something with your viewers? In my endless search to find relief, I've discovered something that helps me. My mom crochets. I have a blanket that she made. I wrap it around my torso and neck as I go to bed, as if it were a giant stole and lie on an elevated pillow. As I come to in the morning, I can lie in bed and get a bit of extra shut eye. This isn't a perfect solution, but it's the best that I've found, so far.
Kudos...
yeah so....I just found your channel but after watching a few videos... I'm gonna NEED you to do a Dr. Robotnik roleplay.
Seriously, amazing content.
You are an incredible person and the community so grateful to have you.. thank you for all that you do kind sir...
I close my eyes for two seconds, and your face went SIDEWAYS
how can you possibly dislike this video? he puts in so much work, and is spreading awareness about things like this, and you dislike it? HOOOOOW?
PulpyOrangeJuice Maybe just missed to put on glasses....swear it wasn’t me
@@mute_ed984 that makes two of us
Another great video! And perfectly timed aswell
How lovely and calming, certainly helped with my pain so thankyou :)
Please do a "How It Feels To Chew 5-Gum" ASMR
This is amazing! Thank you so much for taking the time to make such tingling videos💕
You are the Roger Federer of ASMR. Masterful at your craft with grace and elegance. This was another masterpiece my man!
This is awesome! Keep up the great work👍🏼
Been facing a difficult health crisis the past 2 weeks. Not how I wanted to spend my Summer break. One of the side effects is headaches, which I have almost daily now. The only thing that helps is a dark room, cold rag on my forehead and eyes and ASMR. Thanks for this Tirar. ❤
During my graphic design course we used real clients to do advertisements and brochures, one of them happened to be a Fibromyalgia awareness group and had several people with the condition come in and share their stories, very eye opening how it affected people.
You're a good man, Tirar. I hope you're happy in life, and if not I hope that you are able to find happiness. After years of struggling with depression I became a very bitter and hateful person. It got to a really bad point and I'm turning myself around. I have realized hate and bitterness form a path that leads to no good things. Your positive and selfless attitude help me keep thinking positively and enjoy life just a little more.
0:26 this is Neo of Matrix but with drugs
Massively underrated. Something I feel you hear a lot but that's not to say it ain't true. I wish I had given your channel a chance so much sooner.
You’re being very kind now and that’s what matters, no worries
"You are a paleontologist who has discovered a massive duck" asmr
Fibrillation sucks, thanks for bring awareness ! Love you TIrar
You're welcome, my dear friend.
Best asmratist and actor on TH-cam. Thank you for sending me to sleep 😴🎧🙃🤞
You're too kind. Thank you.
TirarADeguello 😁
Fibromyalgia ruins my life almost daily! Thank you for bringing awareness
0:26 The face when that chronic pain kicks in.
“You are a wonderful human being” ASMR
I think the screen ripple effect is his favorite effect.
Could you do a video on Complex Regional Pain Syndrome? It is the highest ranking on the McGill Pain scale and my mother suffers from it, so if you ever did a video on it, you'd make me cry and you'd make my year
When you touched that spot on my mind, you started lookin really weird doc.
Very innovative concept. Love it ❤️
Hi it’s me cjsmr how are u!!!
Cjthegamer27 I'm fine thank you.
You should do a “No Headphones Required” video. A video so powerful that you dont need any headphones to feel it’s effects
IAMTHETOMATO that’d be really hard to pull off
My mom and I have Fibromyalgia. Though the degree of pain differs with us each day, it's still hard to deal with. Especially when we have things to get done, even if it's physically demanding. And the fact that we have had many bad accidents over the years, it just makes the pain worse.
I hope my silly videos can bring a tiny bit of relief to your experiences, and I am so glad you were able to speak out about your illness.
I have Type 1 Diabetes which is considered an "invisible" disease. Thank you for this. :)
Thank you for this!! I have fibromyalgia and Lupus. ❤❤
Humans are here to help each other. Together we are stronger! #FightUnitlTheFightsOver
#FightUnitlTheFightsOver human beings are like that.
You have very original and interesting content, I´m a very big fan of yours, keep up the great work you are doing.
SCP-049? Is that you?
TirarADeguello I've been watching your videos since march of 2017 and ive loved your videos ever siiince but ive always wanted you to do an eye exam or any type of doctor check up because those are so relaxing to me and many other people. So here's a wishlist :)
Would you happen to have any interest in making another video in the style of your “ You are tiraradeguello” video? loved how you played off yourself in that video and it’s always a treat to see how creative you get.
that weird bass sound is amazing. i fell asleep almost right after posting my comment before i heard the sound. does it have a name? i love when you use it
It became real serious business when the doc took the aviators off.
5:14 was the moment when things went serious
woa... you said my name! that tripped me out...
I've been re watching this over and over a few times at different points in the day... And just re watched it and gotta say you managed to bring me to tears but for the good reasons.. I have Essential Tremor and I got diagnosed with it five years ago when I was 18 I can deal with it when I'm on my own but if I'm out and I have a really bad attack my mind turns on myself and I get so embarrassed because I can't speak properly and I start to stutter my words, I'm so embarrassed by it and because I'm in the limelight being in a band and so much is expected of you, I have to hide after a show because everyone wants to talk to you and I just can't do it.. I need 20 mins to myself with no one around me and then if it stops I'll come and say hi even if I'm in agony because that's the kinda person I am 💕
Don't give up on yourself, and I'm sure talking about it helps a lot? Keep finding your voice, ask for help, work with others, and try to do things that help ease the stress? I think you are amazing working on stage in a band and you must keep doing that. What talent?
@@TirarADeguello I'm not very good and not stressing out and finding things to relax are extremely difficult but your videos are the only thing that helps me relax and having a calming effect on me, especially when you have the low hum underneath that has a good amazing effect for me to relax. I'm a drummer and played all over the UK, I have a great reputation which is why I don't like to disappoint fans. Also fighting with my legs right now they believe I have MS.
@@jadeviper1804 I really hope you can continue to overcome all of these adversities and you really are amazing in what you've accomplished.
@@TirarADeguello thank you so much!! Your videos are literally life savers!!! I shall be listening into one to help me sleep tonight without any pain. You really are an amazing person for doing these in your own spare time... You really keep me going 💕 💕
Even after 2 yrs I still come back to you and this video. Ending up with more illnesses but re reading your words put a smile on my face. I still thank you so much for everything you do and how you've grown. I'm still out in a band but also studying Neuroscience and how I can help people. Thank you Tirar!
Oh my Gosh! He calls my name LOL😁😁😁😁
Noooo premiers holding me back for watching best TH-cam
Its kinda weird too think that theres a Tiraradeguallo cinematic universe but I'm happy we have one
I would love to see you do some light trigger dedicated stuff. I know you feature light triggers in quite a few of your vids. But yeah more is merrier :)
I know this is meant to be serious but the fucking face at the beginning killed me
Yes another premiere 😃
If this is going to be a series I don't suppose you'd do one about psychosis or ocd
Tirar as Pyg from Batman Arkham Knight, and he is doing his experiments on us.
Listening to ASMR in summer sucks cause the air conditioner is loud and I can’t get as many tingles :(
Smashing video my man 🔥
this video was a trip, man
gang affiliation asmr
There is another chronic disease called EDS (Or elders dahnlos syndrome) and yes i realise i cant spell. I just thought id let ppl know. Its an invisible disibility too and causes all your joints to dislocate. I just thought id tell ppl. If ur interested feel free to research
Man your intro its so nice
The intro looks legiitt
More Tirar. YES! :D
Btw I love your intro .. so unique and different 😊 and great video!
Great video, as usual ^^
I have to say, Tirar, I think you may have overtaken Ephemeral Rift for creativity and conception. No easy feat!
“Don’t be scared”
Me: *opens eyes* “Yea...because your mouth being distorted into your nostrils shouldn’t scare me...AHHHHHH!”
Skip to 4:06 and pause the video.
Thank me later
Love the Hertz....
Love the intro
I've never seen an angel before, but I have seen you
You're too kind. Thank you
I am so tripped out right now what made you use the name Sonia? I am so curious
Very Good!
