Practically organised terrorism has literally vanished . But stray incidents ,by individuals , without any organisational support may be there here and there. By and large Indian Muslims " terror" is only vocal and on the paper . We need to be alert but politicians continue to use it fot their own ends and trying to whip up emotions .
