The high damage is from stacking a bunch of different modifiers together. Yotsuha is part of it but everyone in the team is doing some sort of buff or debuff. Below are all the different modifiers affecting the final hit. Some are more important than others, I hope I didn't forget anything. Damage Mods: 30% Additional HP DMG: Ruka EX Gear: ATK Earrings + Fire Ring Weakness: 50% more fire damage Hit Count Up: Yingxia EX Skill DMG up: Yingxia EX Fire Skill DMG up: Yotsuha EX Fire Crit Rate/DMG up: Yotsuha EX Crit DMG up: Ruka Orb Skill Tactician Vision (Mind's Eye): Muaa EX Fire Field: Tsukasa EX Defense Down: Yingxia Skill + Aoi Orb Skill
The plus level (+1,+2, etc) does increase the accessory level. Unlocking extra stats with amber drops does not. If the level difference is big you may not have unlocked charms yet which are a second row of accessories. Once you get to a certain accessory level you unlock the last gem battle which gives you alexandrite to craft charms. For this team everyone has a VIT, SPR and DEX charms. Ruka and Tsukasa additionally have STR and Aoi had INT.
@@ehtna Thank you very much for the explanation, I already unlocked alexandrite to craft charms but I had no idea where to equip it. So that's why my accesories level stuck at around 170-ish. I will farm for alexandrite soon.

insane dmg wow i didnt know you can get that much. So yotsuha is big part of it ? dont have her or muua yet
