Can we all just discuss that Caeleb is only got at underwater son the start. Watch the turns in any race, he doesn’t gain any ground on turns and in fact loses it on fly turns cause his kick isn’t fast enough
Phelps had the best when you consider that his starts/turns don't give him that much power. If they all started dolphin kicking from a dead start in the water, Phelps would probably win. Then Shields, followed by Dressel & Lochte imo.
