Well... seeing as Aichan's microphone ended up over her eye, prettyyyyy sure this was lip synced. I have no idea why. Ai's voice is so good, she has no need to lip sync :(
It's a pretty strong mic and she's projecting. It needs to be a little further from her mouth in order for the "natsuooo"s to not sound like a hot mess, but I doubt she's lip synching.
I this concert they mostly (or entirely) sang lip synch...probably because of the huge venue. The mics weren't turned off though. And they are still awesome singers live :D
