Do you recommend this laptop at this price? (I don't want to use it for games and I want to use it for engineering work). What is the best laptop for me as a Ph.D. researcher in aerospace engineering up to the price of 2000 dollars?
That might be a good option. But if possible, get a cpu with more cpu cores that has a HX and/or possibly get a rtx 4080 laptop for around $2000 (at least in usa pricing). In china, that may be an excellent price. Not sure.

I bought this laptop, it came with the MSI logo apparently with a manufacturing defect, as the print quality is really poor. I'm referring to the Dragon logo on the external part of the laptop lid. The one you tried to remove some kind os plastic cover. Can you confirm if is it normal? Is it like an odd blurry effect made on purpose? Or is it a manufacturing defect? MSI Pulse 15 i7-13700H 16 Gb 2 Tb RTX4070 165 Hz for 1800$ total, is it worth going for? I'm contemplating between Lenovo Legion pro 7i 4090 for 3500$ total that will stay with me for 3-4 years and this MSI Pulse that I plan to swap after 1-2 years. Hard choice bc all 4090 laptops under 4200$ are cutting some corners and Asus Scars are very overpriced where I live (5k$ for scar 18)

too bad, i was hoping so much for this review but wiith the 4070 instead of this 4060. the 4070 is with a 140 watt power (as it's written on their website) and has an i7-13700h. Too bad you went with the low version of it because this 4070 looks very interesting.

I think I’m going to sell my Rtx 3070 laptop and get etc 4060 laptop those frame generator is a life changer. It’s impossible for me to get smooth gameplay with rtx 3070 in hogwarts legacy no matter what settings I’m on

How about the rtx 4070 laptop gpu?
The RTX 4060 Laptop is a little better than the RTX 3060, but a little worse than the RTX 3060ti.

No 4060 is 140w. 4060 only really uses up to 100W, the silicon doesn’t benefit from more wattage after that.

Would a Msi crosshair rtx 3070 with i7 12th gen be better than Msi katana 15 rtx 4060 with i7 13th gen? Both are £1,500

If you will mainly have it plugged into a monitor then, sure the Katana 15 4070 is a good buy since it has more performance

WTHell buys a "gaming" laptop with series 50, ou 60? At least a 70, but i only call it a gaming laptop with serues 80 ou 90.
Cool story. The 40 Series are completely dependent on power limits so your “gaming” 4070 may be slower than a 4060 by a large margin
