If this first part was in late 1998... TCC wouldn't exist, having closed in April. TV Travel Shop would take its place. EBN would have closed, being taken over by CNBC. Granada Good Life would be Granada Breeze. The Computer Channel would be .tv (yes, that really was the name) Sky Movies would have Screen 1 added to the end of the name. The Movie Channel would have the same rename as Sky Movies, but with a 2 instead of a 1. Don't know about Sky Movies Gold, but I'd be guessing also gets renamed...

Yeah it's definitely 97 because it lists The Movie Channel (which closed in Oct 97) and also the SKY logos here. First half of the video shows the logo introduced c. Sept 97 and second half shows the 95-97 logo (by Sep 98 the new lowercase logo was introduced). So I'm guessing this video is from Oct 97 followed by Sep 97.
