Challenge idea: once you use an item, it cannot be used in any other room in the house. It can be used as many times as you want in that room, but ONLY that room. Up to you if you want to include palette options in that.
Oooh something like this but maybe once they use items from a pack, they can't use that pack in any other room? Not include base [possibly debug too]. Since they have so many packs right now.
I originally thought of each item only once, but that may be a bit too much. Most rooms it won't matter a HUGE amount, but clutter is where they're going to have to get creative. Though each item only once if they want more of a challenge
This entire video was like "panic panic!...Huh, that's pretty good actually." Your sims senses are amazingly on point even when you're panic picking the decor.

this is genuinely such a cute starter home type of lot! the fact that it doesn't have as much clutter makes it even more so, really gives that "just moved in" vibe
I love how they went from freaking out about only having 8 minutes left at the start to being relieved they still had a whole minute left on the second last room hahahahahah
The side commentary with under the breath "oh, we have time for swatches? okay." has me dying. The built is so good, especially if you think about the fact that the combined time was just 31 minutes. And I have been loving TotK so much, I finished the main story two weeks ago, but I still have so much side quests left.
What about an "everything is not what it seems" challenge? Where you try to use as many things for something that is not their intended use, have hidden rooms, secret gardens, etc.
Y'all jokingly said that you were known for being safe, well to me - you are safe. I know nothing about Sims, never played it in my life, have no desire to. Idk how I even got here, but I watch your videos all the time as comfort, the stakes are low, the vibes are perfect, and your connection is so comfortable. Feels like hanging with friends, without actually having to be social and around people. You've definitely earned a place in my autistic safe media list.
....Okay that's it, it's settled, you guys just have an innate, MASTERFUL design sense (not to mention knowing the build menus inside and out) to be able to build a house _this quickly_ and have it look halfway decent.
This build is giving a very AirB&B/rental investment house feel to it, with the aggressively neutral colour palette and the complete lack of your normal personal touches. It's a really interesting contrast!
Out of all sims TH-camrs you have been the easiest to Learn from In general with small things like buttons, commands, raising and lowering foundations etc. I love it

The cuts during the 2 minute bedroom had me dying! I'm sure that it really helped to keep the flow of the video up, but watching the timer skip like 2 seconds every 5-10 seconds, and then the 30 second cut when you guys were choosing a rug had me in tears! You guys did a really cool job with this build!
