I think what’s even more incredible is that the Tony’s don’t take how great someone’s voice is into account. It’s an acting award. Which means that not only does Ben Platt have this incredible oaky voice, his ability to act is so great that he won a major award!
He was a lil tired you can hear it at times but he literally nailed this beyond acceptance. He knows his voice so well and does what he wants unapologetically. That takes a huge amount of guts and it’s why I love him
