I know this is an older video but I have a question. What motor setup did you go with? As in what gear reduction on the planetary and how many turns on the 540 motor?
Where did you order all the metal steering and drive shaft components? Does the 2nd front axle require a "bridge" or center axle to allow the driveshaft to reach the 1st front axle? Really excellent work.
Thanks....My answer is yes to your question, it’s difficult or almost impossible run straight driveshaft from gearbox to front axle without using middle front bridge axle due to limited space.. Ordered parts mostly from Aliexpress few from Ebay
Yes my question is what kind of axle is needed to join the 1st and 2nd drive trains as you have done with this 8x8. A standard front axle doesn't have that opening on both ends to allow access to the gears, right?

Dual servo installed at the frame right above the axles (one servo each). Sorry thats the only video i have for this truck.

@@Nick.Yarbrough actually you can use the gears and housing covers of middle rear axle to the front axle
