Mod to get legal gear, taking roughly 30 minutes to an hour. Or grind for thousands of hours and still not get the charm you want. Yeah I know what I'm picking lol. Bad part is they could easily designed a charm making system that wasn't so rng heavy.

Yes, extremely unlikely drop, but yes it's a legal charm. All Speed runners use mods to get their charms, otherwise it wouldn't be fair.
