Took my nclex on July 21st and I passed with 75 questions..I can't explain how much you helped me to pass my nclex professor D.. you are such an amazing teacher and ur classes and exam tips are the best resources which helped me to clear my exam with minimum number of questions. I studied every day for 2 weeks listening to your reviews while I went to the gym in between answering my own practice questions :) I read some of the nclex questions to myself in your voice in my head when I started to get nervous and tried to think it out rationally the way you go through everything - thanks for your help and prayers!!!!

I don’t understand why we would prioritize the client with low wbc over the one experiencing lithium toxicity. Yes the wbc are low and that is urgent but it does not denote active infection such as the client who is actively going through toxicity and may die sooner. Please help me understand
