- The 'Great Bank Heist'. That's the title of a report detailing corruption at VBS Mutual Bank.
It might sound sensationalist, but it's really not. Advocate Terry Motau, who was the investigator tasked with the report spoke to News Hour's Shahan Ramkissoon. Courtesy #dstv403
