"THE HAGUE, Feb 19 (Reuters) - Palestinian representatives on Monday asked judges at the U.N.'s highest court to declare Israel's occupation of their territory illegal, saying their advisory opinion could contribute to a two-state solution and a lasting peace.
The requests came at the opening of a week of hearings at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague. The U.N. General Assembly sought an advisory, or non-binding, opinion on the occupation in 2022. More than 50 states will present arguments through Feb. 26."

Palestinians have the right of return to their country of origin Egypt, Syria and Jordan under the 1967 new respective borders.

Israel moved their military away from the wall next to Gaza to allow the attack by Hamas to succeed. The Israeli government moved the military to the West Bank so they would not be able to respond in a timely manner, giving Hamas the time to do what they did. Had the Israeli military been where it normally was, the attack by Hamas would have been stopped, and Hamas would have been slaughtered. But that wouldn't have given Netanyahu the excuse to start this "war", so they allowed Hamas to kill Israelis. The Israeli government is complicit in what happened on October 7th.

Consider this: Someone just bought a Pizza with 12 pre-cut slices for you and I. I claim the pizza is all mine, you say its not. I suggest we "negotiate" on who gets what parts of the pizza. You agree, as you are sure that I am a reasonable human. So we sit down across from one another, with the pizza in the middle. During our negotiations, while you are speaking, I eat a slice of the pizza. You say "Hey, why are you _Taking_ a slice? I respond that I would eventually get at least a slice, so I am _Taking_ one now. You think ok, that's reasonable. As we continue our negotiation, I take 3 more slices, using the same rationale.
Now, there are 8 slices left. We come to a "preliminary resolution," where each of gets half the pizza. I take another 4 slices, and you say "hey, what are you doing?" I say "I am taking my rightful half - there are 8 slices, and I'm taking 4. That's half." You say "no, there was 12 slices at first." I say "hummm, you may have a point, lets continue the negotiation until its finalized. You say, "but there are only 4 slices left now." I say "I'll make it up to you, *you have my Word on it,* is that ok?" As you begin to respond, I eat another two slices, leaving only 2 slices left. You are now infuriated, and demand I stop taking and eating any more slices.

The UN court is a component of the above strategy. The builder of the court, the U.S., constructed it to lull all unsuspecting Nations into believing they could find justice there. When the real method was to slowly starve them of _Any_ justice by misdirecting their focus, and manipulating their humanity towards thinking the U.S. was both Honorable and "reasonable", and not a criminally insane Psychopath.

The ICJ itself has no mechanism to enforce its rulings but the ruling itself has given other countries enough of a cover to boycott or sanction Israel economically with regards to weapons deals or other trades in place.

In 1988(!), the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) declared the territories of the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, and the Gaza Strip, which had been occupied by the State of Israel since the 1967 Six-Day War, independent of the State of Israel and the State of Palestine was established.
The State of Palestine has been recognized by at least 138 of the 193 UN member states to date. Most Western countries, including the USA, do not recognize the State of Palestine just because the State of Israel does not recognize the State of Palestine🤷♂
For comparison:
The Republic of Kosovo declared its independence from the Republic of Serbia in 2008 and is now recognized by at least 104 of the 193 UN member states. Most Western countries, including the USA, recognize the Republic of Kosovo although the Republic of Serbia does not recognize the Republic of Kosovo🤔
Ironically:
The Republic of Serbia (legal successor to Yugoslavia, which existed until 2003) has recognized the State of Palestine since 1988 and the State of Israel since 1992. The state of Israel has recognized the Republic of Kosovo since 2020 - in return, the Republic of Kosovo recognizes the State of Israel.
The Holy See recognizes the State of Palestine (since 2015) but not the Republic of Kosovo.

Well yes and no. The European Jews are descended from the Hebrew exodus from Israeli lands 2000 years ago and they became white skinned from 2000 years of living in Northern Europe and intermarrying with Slavic and Germanic people. But also, after 2000 years they have no legitimate claim to any land in Palestine. They have been out of those lands for longer than they lived there in biblical times. Their legitimacy is predicated on their religion being correct and those lands being given to them by God but for secular people they have to convince, that’s a meaningless claim. I would say the creation of Israel was more a product of white guilt after WWII but the colonial potential of a white stronghold in the Middle East is definitely a factor for America’s interest in the current time.
