That’s a really nicely painted army you have there. I love the little Guy Ant truck, I’m working on one of those at the moment. What role was it playing in the game for you?

I used it to transport an 8 man squad. They were kind of my "plug the gap" squad. Left in reserve and rush in whereever Im losing

@@ErwinHistory Great plan. I was going to use mine to tow my 6 pdr around. But in theory could fulfil the same purpose as a Morris CS8.

Yes spring time in Australia and NZ. While all the leaves are now turning colors and should be off the trees in the next 3 weeks here in the US. Just had our local club BA tournament and I placed 7th out of 20 players which is really nice. I threw a big old wrench as I had a 8 man squad of Sturmpioniers with 2 SMG's, flamethrower, and a GrB-39 grenade launcher. All 3 of my opponents never seen it and was floored when they learned it is a dual weapons system as you can either indirect fire as a light mortar against weapons teams or infantry or switch and have it fire as a weaker Panzerschreck +3 pen 24" range. It made them all of a sudden take notice that that unit could switch from one role to the other at each turn depending on what was around them. The other two units that I had was a 2 Panzerschreck and single Panzerfaust 7 man squad Panzer Zestorer Truppen (Road to Berlin pg. 110), they pretty much sort of put a stop to any major push with armor. But I never seen a more bullet sponge unit when I brought them out to take a whack at vehicles as they just got dog piled by any nearby enemies that had not fired that turn. The other unit was my SD Kfz 251/21 Drilling with 3 light autocannons it would do a number on any weapons or infantry that was in the open, it was my kill leader with 7 total. 3 Mortar teams, 2 Infantry, and 2 MMG teams.
The rules was 1000 points, 12 order dice max, and one reinforced platoon and no special characters or theater list. I had 999 points, 10 order dice.
Might of been a Crosely captured AC I see a lot of those in Japanese players list and yes they are a MG water hose. The other recce vehicle to look out for is the Type 92 light tank as it has a MMG turret and a hull HMG, they can really do a number on any armored transports if given a chance.
