"Storm that is approaching" is a chair that stood unmoving in a tornado/heavy rain. Someone added "stron that is approaching" music from DMC to that clip.
I always thought the reference with the Chair and the DMC music is the meme where Vergil just sits on a Plastic Chair instead of his thrown like construct

The banana at the start deadass looks like one of those really big cases they have for prescription glasses. You know, the ones with the velvet insides that make that really satisfying opening/closing sound. But yellow and brown with a stem.

The chair is a reference to the most recent Devil May Cry game. Vergil just waits at the top of a tall ass plant to try and kick your ass and it’s joked that he sat in one of those chairs. The “I am the storm that is approaching” is a line from Vergil’s battle theme.

The chair is a reference to a DMC 5 meme ( DMC stands for Devil May Cry). You are unable to destroy one specific Plastic chair in one mission. This was picked up by Max0r in a famous video of his. ( an incorrect summary of DMC5) I am the storm that is approaching is the main line of the main villain of the game.
