I like how you went further than just your top 40. I enjoy the commentary

Thanks, Marcus! The whole point of this was to hit on plenty of guys that don’t get talked about enough, so I’m glad I was able to mention some of them!

Great show Greg! I don't listen to too many podcasts, but this one was perfect. I think we rank prospects very similarly, although I may be higher on 1B/DH types and lower on RPs. You definitely got all of the best prospects in my top 100. The only guys who you might consider moving up your list are: Ryan Gallagher, Carlo Reyes, Caleb Kilian (maybe doesn't qualify anymore), Joan Delgado, Marino Santy, Mitchell Tyranski, Yenrri Rojas, Jeral Vizcaino, Brooks Caple, Johzan Oquendo, Ben Leeper. There are also a few Dominican players who, once stateside, should catch your attention like Jostin Florentino, Alexey Lumpuy, Edward Vargas, Robin Ortiz, Yander Maria, Edgardo de Leon, Fred Fajardo, Emilio Ramos, and Daniel Campos. Definitely no snubs though so great job!
Also, I'm hoping for a few of these guys to jump into the Top 50 talk this year: Michael Carico, Adan Sanchez, Anderson Suriel, Jairo Diaz and Chris Paciolla. And to a lesser extent: Hayden Frank, Daniel Avitia, Christian Gordon, Ben Johnson, Yovanny Cabrera, Evan Aschenbeck, and Yidel Diaz.

Thanks so much, Paul! In-depth thoughts, as always, which I appreciate so much. Several guys you mentioned here that I would definitely have ranked in the mix or even significantly higher than some of the guys I talked about on this show. Guys like Joan Delgado or the 2024 draftee pitchers, specifically.

great show, i enjoyed it, been a Cubs fan while watching Banks and Santo and Billy and Beckert and Kessinger etc etc. Met a few of them, Santo, Billy at the Free Fair on 47th and Damen. (early 60's). Met Santo when he was looking at refridgeration for his Pro's Pizza. LOL. My aunt worked at the place and she invited me to the office and Ron came in to meet me. wheeee

Cade Horton is a big question mark for me. He needs to show he can stay healthy for a full year before I would count on him again. I'm getting Braylin Marquez vibes from him.

That’s super fair, although if I were to push back I’d say “isnt injury concern always a problem for pitching prospects?” I totally get your point though!
