This is such a late reply but shonen isn't an action genre, it's a genre meant to target young boys. Just the same way shojo isn't a romance genre, it's a genre meant to target young girls!

Orange Rogue won't due female nendos sadly. They did all the main boys from D.Gray-man but never did the female lead who's also part of the group. Unless someone else outside of OR decides to do female nendos from these series, we're stuck with just the boys. It's very bittersweet. Glad to get more boys, but sad the girls are left out.
