No Go Pro footage... was so slow early I pretty much burned up my batteries by the time I finally caught some, or never got a bite when camera was rolling...
Dan does Rip’em up on the roostertail👍 Cool with the nest! Great multi species Dave!!! You got into them 💪🏻
Thanks Chris, it was one of those tough mornings fishing , at least for me, lol. I had fun, that is all that counts, right? That blue/purple worm worked great in cloudy weather... try it out sometime on a a soft plastic.
Fun multi species day. Looks like a fun spot to fish. Thanks for sharing 😎
@@girlfinfishing thank you very much!
Nice variety!..I dont use many rubber worms but when I do I love those long ribbon tail ones like that blue one!👍👊
That color was working on that cloudy day...Thanks, a very overfished city park, but still holds some monsters... tough fishing though. Thanks Triple H!
Good Day Fishing Dave! Pretty bass and Crappie!! Take care my friend.
Thanks a lot Jun... I tried a jerkbait but couldn't get one on that... I have been wanting to give you a shout out for a while in my video referencing your amazing jerk bait skills, how I learned to catch fish on a jerkbait by watching your videos, but haven't caught one on a jerkbait in a month I think (havent used it much though to be fair)... soon my friend. I think maybe in a couple weeks when a little colder. I have been practicing a lot this summer with rubber worms... improved a bunch.
Dave, it's not a bad trip at all! Some nice bass. They're sure a pretty fish! You stuck it out and got rewarded.
Thanks a lot Dan, sometimes the fishing is difficult to land big ones. I doubt that park hold any huge crappies, they used to stock it but stopped. I caught a 10 incher there last year I think, so maybe in the middle There are huge bass though.
Great friend, always maintain the fish population 👍👍👍
Thank you my friend.. I appreciate it! I enjoy watching them grow bigger and make more babies.
Cool catching a fish on a found lure. Never heard of the no stripe bass. Kept you busy and that is what it’s all about. Nice job Dave!
I wish I could stay more busy all the time, body is falling apart, lol. Neck, shoulder, back. Fishing is my escape. That was a brand new worm someone had dropped obiously but I like the blue/purple color for an overcast/cloudy day.. it worked. I tried watermelon worm earlier with NO BITES. I will try and get a cool trip here in the next week for everyone... The bass I have caught the past couple years in that pond, aside from that one monster a month ago, all were pretty pale on the sides. Not sure if water clarity has something to do with it, but they dont have that black stripe like largemouth and spottted bass, faded almost. Those ponds were constructed in th 1930's I believe.
@@excursionamericaexa Maybe water temp. I caught one last yr from a pond, looked similar. Mine catch was mid summer though.
Bg ole worm got some sweet bass. Nice crappie and birds nest.
Thanks Dug, you are pretty darn good with soft plastics from what I have seen on here... Try that blue/purple in cloudy weather and see how it doesn't work out if you already don't.
Hey Dave thanks for the shout out , I appreciate it buddy ! Looks like a decent day !
@danhealyeverythingoutdoors7105 thanks for the tips Dan.
