I love your content and you make me smile everyday. About a year ago today i fell off for the first time and completely lost my confidence and stopped riding. But watching your videos built up my confidence and now im so happy and back to riding. I just wanted to say thank you for everything.

At least I know people struggle with things too, even stuff I struggle with. I am doing yoga with my placement as they have a lady visit every Wednesday and it’s defo helped a lot. But I need to eat more and keep myself as healthy as possible in order to be able to ride and be the best for the horses I ride.

Esme you NEED to do Pilates, that’s honestly saved my life in regards to pain! My back is wrecked, but Pilates has turned my life around- pains almost gone!
