Awww I just adore little Dukey!!! Have you considered liberty trick training with him? It looks like looks like he genuinely enjoys his 1 on 1 time with you and the treats of course! 💖 Even little horses like jobs 🐎

Esme trust me I know the feeling of "Oh I don't know if we should put it up". I free jumped our 13hh pony 95cm and he cleared it like a pro, it really helped his confidence under saddle but I wouldn't worry about it , hes amazing!

Switch the orientation of your watch to your opposite wrist, but still put it on regularly! So the watch face is upside down/the dial is on the other side of it! Then switch the band the other way around too so it’s all back upright for your regular wrist, only with a flipped dial. I did this years ago, working with horses and cleaning stalls and always wearing gloves would ALWAYS activate my watch til I switched sides for the dial lol

Horses are such social animals, so of course he’s picked up some things from watching Casper and Joey. Can you imagine that next June he’ll no longer be a colt? Of course, he’ll still be the baby of the herd, because I don’t see that changing any time soon (unless Willow decides to run off and get a boyfriend or something), but four is an important birthday for a horse, kind of like when we turn 18.

A few years ago we jumped our miniature for the first time, but we had to keep it a secret because we weren’t sure if we were allowed to. Now he can jump 2 ft 3 in and probably higher.
