Ingredients:
2.3 kilos bangus (milk fish)
1 big size carrot
2 heads garlic
1/8 cup peppercorn
1/8 cup salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/8 cup soy sauce
1/8 cup liquid seasoning
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup water
20 pcs. bay leaves
20 pcs. red chili (optional)
3 pcs. red bell pepper
1 bottle (310 g) olives
1 liter corn oil
For Brining Solution:
1 liter water
1/2 cup or 110 g salt
