- #AirAsia has received its first A321neo aircraft during a delivery ceremony in Hamburg, Germany. The aircraft delivered is the first of 353 A321neos ordered by the airline.
The A321neo is a member of the best-selling A320 Family, delivering 20% reduced fuel burn as well as 50% less noise compared to previous generation aircraft. The A320neo Family incorporates the very latest technologies including new generation engines and Sharklets. At the end of October 2019, the A320neo Family had received more than 7,000 firm orders from over 110 customers worldwide.
The A321neo will enable AirAsia to offer higher capacity in response to ongoing strong demand across its network as well as to open up new routes with the highest levels of efficiency. AirAsia will initially operate the aircraft from its Kuala Lumpur hub to cities across Asia, with the first destinations including Kuching, Kota Kinabalu, Singapore, Bangkok and
Shenzhen.
I expected the side of the A321 to say "3, 2, 1, NEO!"
That would've been epic, but the current design is fine enough

The A320 is an airliner that will probably never be out of use, it helps starting airlines to be able to go off to a good start. It's pretty affordable for regional/small airlines. It can go in regional routes as well as short international routes. It's the perfect plane, quiet, fast, and comfortable.

I recently ride at the A321 or A321 Neo, And it was Amazing!

Technical word for that 'nail' is 'pin'...some component require 'pin' for assembly, and they use rubber or plastic mallet (not hammer) to install it.
I've seen this one in Hamburg Finkenwerder and it looks so nice

Qual e a diferença de um a321 para o a320neo?
As dimensões dos dois aviões são semelhantes, mas os motores são mais económicos, mais silenciosos e maiores no neo. Além disso fizeram algumas atualizações no interior, melhorando o conforto dos passageiros.
