    Kaisi jan awas yojna hai jo 58 lac se shuru ho rhi, ye jan k liye nhi High class k liye hai. Vaise bhi I hv heard about Eldeco One Sonipat ki construction jahan deemak lag rhi hai choukhton mein.

      Deemak to khi lag skti h bhai shab or khi court case bhi chal skta h for example twin tower Noida ko gira hi diya

    Prices of Most of the residential plots, good piece of real estate pan India have doubled (quadrupled in Haryana HSVP Plots-Gurgaon Rewari Rohtak Hisar, to name a few, with independent floors registry stilt parking on an enhanced floor area), in its value in the last 1000 days that is property worth 1 crore has gone to 2 crore meaning an increment of rupees 10000/day. (3/4 crore in Haryana)
    In most likelihood same asset will boom to 3 crore in next 1000 days (end of 2026) before the present up cycle ceases to increase anymore that is rise of another 50% (would be 5/6 crore sextupled rise in Haryana Plots with 50% minimum further rise) increment of 10000/day again after tiring lull of previous recession of almost 10 years in Real Estate markets.
    Previous Investors with debt and without regular cash flow suffered heavy health and financial losses specially the retirees without pension who lost one full decade of their life’s golden period in hardships As Assets were created with loans and borrowings, are still involving pending debts etc.,
    Hopefully now they are finally smiling, painfully waiting to consolidate to maximum and Cash out as markets peak by the end of year 2026 possibly ceasing of further increase in prices for this round of Real Estate up cycle.
