@@temmycandrawijaya Thank you for the video. It is not easy to create a good one. I was confused as to why wheel bearings in car axles were angled, but this explained it in a way I could fathom.
@@temmycandrawijaya I was so confused about this topic, watch many videos buy still couldn't understand properly. Until found this visualization now it is crystal clear.
can we then determine just by looking at the bearing which type it is? the thrust bearing has a face around the circumference but the radial has the inner ring being the bearing surface?
Thank you so much for your great video and explanation 😀. So if you have something heavy like a compact car that needs to be able to be elevated, suspended and attached to a pole in the center (sort of like a fashion mannequin) and be able to rotate, you would need the 2nd one, the bearing that can handle axial / thrust load, is this correct? Thanks again
As far as I know, a bearing is'nt handle torsional/moment load. But if there is a torsional load exist then using two separate distance bearing will handle torsional load. Each of bearings will handle opposite radial load.
Only one video i found out in which bearings are explained in physical manner
This video helped me alot

If the outer ring can be separated and has a cone or flat ring shape, that the thrust bearing. Radial bearing ring mostly in one part.
Thank you very helpful.

We can use tapered roller bearing. Since the load is heavy and must must be able to withstand radial and thrust load.
