I will never understand people complaining about Vi becoming an enforcer. She was always going to be one, the whole s1 was building up to this, it is not suprising even if you have no idea about lol lore, and olny watched arcane.
And there will be more seasons, not Arcane, but with different main characters and region.
Oh and another thing. I think everything that's been shown in this teaser, including the Vi vs Jinx fight, are merely scenes from act 1, a.k.a just the first 3 episodes. And a lot of people seem to agree on that
I could even imagine that many scenes aren't in the series at all, or the audio is different
@@ohyeah8330 oh yeah, for sure. If you go back to the season 1 trailer, you can spot stuff that's either not in the final product or where the audio is misleading, and it's absolutely done on purpose, and it's absolutely great that they're doing it. Because in an age where trailers pretty much give us the whole movie/TV show, what Arcane and Riot do with their trailers is a very welcomed thing😊
So there is no time lapse in season 2? I was hoping the series go at least couple of years forward so be prepared for other champion storys like Camille and Oriana

Why she shouldn't do that? She have no where else to go and she was with Cait when Jinx bombed council and her mum with it, she probably felt Cait's emotions, and she know how it feels. Vi won't change in any way, in fact *she* will change the enforcers to be better. We already see how riot portraying new Enforcer crew and they're probably much better people than those who were before them.
P.S Big head statue is a Chem Baroness Margot, we seen her in s1.
That little gremlin guy is one of the chem barons of Zaun. you can see him in the meeting with silco where silco tries to choke them with Zaun air.
In the German version she says: "Half of your council is dead". And after that she also adds: "We will avenge your mother".
So it's likely Caitlyns mother died and some of the lesser important ones
I'm not quite sure that it is just unimportant characters, I could imagine that Medada is dead
I think the trailer is so short because they don't want to spoil too much for people who don't know LoL lore (people won't know that Jayce and Viktor are alive still).
-At 3:07 that is a reference to the in-game item Turbo Chemtank. It was in regular LoL at the time of season 1, but is now only in a certain gamemode. They were shown in season 1 as well.
-Caitlyn's bullet is most likely a reference to her ult, which is a long range point-and-click aimed shot at an enemy.
-Vi has always been Caitlyn's partner in lore, hence why she is technically "from" Piltover while Jinx is from Zaun. Before Arcane they were always HEAVILY hinted as being sisters, but one is a cop while the other is a criminal. That's been their LoL dynamic.
-Vi was influenced by Vander, who recognized that Piltover and Zaun could work together to keep some semblance of peace. Jinx was instead influenced by Silco, who was willing to use enforcers to gain power over others to further his own goal. This is likely why Vi would join Piltover forces - she was taught that she has a responsibility to keep others out of conflict, whereas Jinx sees Piltover only as an obstacle. Vi probably also feels like she is responsible for creating Jinx because she turned her back on Powder. I think season 1 really laid the groundwork for this difference in their upbringing and how it affected them.

Yes, this is indeed gonna be the last season of Arcane, but it is merely the last CHAPTER of the piltover/Zaun/Vi/Jinx storyline. If you go and watch the Dev update on the League of Legends channel and go to the Arcane section with Christian Linke (co-creator of Arcane), he directly says, that while this is the last season of Arcane, it is merely the end of the first, wider Runeterra chapter. He already confirmed they wanna give the Arcane treatment to all the champions and all the endless different stories in Runeterra, and that they are already working on something across "film and television" as he said. So yeah, fret not, we are definitely gonna get the world building and all the countless different stories and champions of Runeterra, Arcane effectively signals the birth of the LOLCU (that's what I'm gonna call it😂), and I'm beyond f**king excited😍
first i wanna mention: i love the music in this trailer, it's so awsome
also a detail, but both Cait and Vi are wearing a Sheriffs badge (gold) as opposed to lower rank officers (silver)
3:17 yes, it has been confirmed, with the release of Bridging the rift i believe.. or some announcement. That the story of piltover/zaun and its characters will be 2 seasons, and after that it will shift to other regions/characters
3:51 on the topic of Vik, there was a funny point made, because tourists (non lol players, but arcane fans) were raging and complaining about Vi in uniform (lol players already knew that she would and up as a cop-partner to caitlyn, unless they changed that part of the original lore), imagine when they find out, how Viktor will end up xd

4:09 it's a supporting character card in LoR, iirc, it's bundled with Viktor
5:16 you might have noticed, that it's now a hextech sniper rifle, not a normal hunting rifle. Her Ultimate in the game is called "headshot" it makes you target a person with loooooooooooong laser (super long range), as long as they are visible, and the bullet will follow them always like a missle (can't be side stepped or anything, only blocked with certain abilities)
This is a parelell to the last EP of S1, where Jinx does her Ultimate at the end - a long range big bullet, that crosses the whole map until it hits something (one of the so called "global ultimates" ezreal has a similar one)
5:31 i think this is the climax of EP3 and then the bigger problems start, aka outside of the sister shiz going on, but all the factions, and shimmer and hextech and Noxus being a threat
5:49 at least Viktor and Jayce, cuz Champion armor plot. Caits mom might be dead, and Mels death (or coma maybe?) could be a trigger for her mom going onto the war path

The woman we see at the start is NOT Sevika. It's Mel's mother - Ambessa Medarta who will be a future champion in League of Legends. Also your comment "That's so weird, why is VI doing that? " . Since release VI was ALWAYS been an enforcer working for Piltover. You literally have an episode reacting to Vi's lore and in game stuff. Arcane fandom must understand that Arcane is a cannon past of League of Legends champions. Vi is an enforcer - deal with it, Viktor is full metal robot - deal with it, Warwick (Vandar) is a beast - DEAL. WITH. IT. Everything we have in League of Legends is the main story. Arcane just shows us the PAST of these champions and how they got here now. VI and Jinx hate each other. There is even an easter egg passive in game when Jinx, Vi and Caitlyn are in the game. Nothing personal to you I enjoyed watching your reactions, but Arcane fandom is pissed for literally no reason at all. Also the head statue we see in the teaser. That's either Renata Glasc (Champion in League of Legends) or Corina Veraza (Legends of Runterra card). Your comment for Caitlyn "Is that one of her abilities in game? I actually don't know" . Are you serious? You have a full reaction to Caitlyn champion spotlight where you saw all her abilities and stuff. 😭😭😭
arcane is now the new canon universe so I doubt they will transfer literally every single character detail from league universe to arcane lore. There are incredible differences between the lol versionand the arcane version. I don't think they will do it like in the game. they may be inspired by some things but they will change many details, whether you like it or not. because season 1 Vi and League Vi are very inconsistent right now.

I agree with you about Vi, but don't get that triggered that he doesn't remember abilities. He isn't LoL player, obviously we see it in game time to time and we know how it works, he just saw it once, without any actual game knowledge.

Yes, it is the last season. It's confirmed by the devs. But they will probably make more stories with different champions. I'm guessing all we saw was the first 3 episodes. Jayce and Viktor are probably alive but we never know. They're being not mentioned to keep the suspense.
watch the dev video, they confirm they are working on more with different champions from different regions (together with Fortiche) and they will try to share more by the end of this year.

Victor is hidden in the trailer. You can see him at 0:57 of the trailer. Its a quick flash hidden behind the attack sevika makes against the chem baron, but you can see him casting some kind of magic. You can tell its him by the transformed arm and his distinct cane. :D
That little Headwiggle in the Warwick animation that lets him seem like a dog thats shaking off water or something is sooo wonderfully creepy
Before the explosion Jayce is positioned right next to Viktor meaning Viktor's hexcore limbs could instinctively protect both of them with some sort of shield. I don't think Mel needs to survive because her arc seemed complete with her choosing peace. In my opinion Mel dying would be both thematic and ironic because her death also signifies the death of peace in the region and because of her mother, her death is the cause of the war.
Your assumptions on what the show is focusing on will probably be extremely subverted.
